If the Cowboys beat the 49ers, will you be happy?

We went to Pier 39 today to get some Dungeness crab and sourdough bread. There were tons of Dallas fans hootin and holleren out and about. I guess many are still enthusiastic

A banged up 49ers team missing about a quarter of their starters. I followed football all my life and I’m talking since I was six years old. I’m 60 now. That’s a long time. And I followed it very inept. Win or lose tomorrow against the 49ers this team is not going anywhere. And it is not going anywhere for a very long time. So I really don’t care. I suppose I’ll find myself cheering for the Cowboys, but I think we’re still gonna get ran over with a depleted 49ers team who is capable of controlling the clock and pushing our o libe 5 yards back on every play.

I'd be elated in terms of finally beating a team that had owned us, but it would only be because their injuries are worse than ours .

It's funny because before the season I penciled in losses to the Browns and steelers as well as the niners.

I hope to be wrong with all 3.

Edit. For those wishing for losses, I get that stance but please understand that even a 0-17 season doesn't change this FO

I’d live to see the Cowboys beat the Niners - under ANY circumstances.

Even though ultimately I'd like to see us get a really good draft position this year which would require a lousy season, but if the Cowboys do good tomorrow I can't help myself, I'll be rooting for them! I'm expecting the worst, but I'll still be rooting for them.

I think I would be pretty satisfied if we could beat the 49ers I'm not happy with the way the team is being run but I don't want them to lose either.

I don't believe we would use a high draft pick properly anyway it'll be another tight end we don't need or a taco Charlton or Mazi.

So yeah I'll take some short-term happiness on a Sunday evening. Some actual good football to watch would be a bonus where we could run the ball say with dalvin cook and maybe stop the run.
