The time for that has passed.
Heads usually don’t start rolling at 3-3 at least not with Jerry. We rebounded from 3-4 in 2018 to end up 10-6 make the playoffs. We even wanna playoff game. Don’t see any chance of us rebounding if we lose tomorrow.

Jerry will not fire his HC in the middle of the season, he said so and he is in the HOF.

I would have agreed that BEFORE the 60 million dollar man was made

Now it's too late
Agreed, but being #1 overall and drafting that high...you would have to take the lastest/greatest QB if they measured up. Being mediocre and cannon fodder for teams who don't have a choker is purgatory.

It would help but considering how crippled SF is, it is really not that big of a deal this game
one game does not a season make
They are crippled. We are crippled. May the best crippled team win.

And though it is “just one game” it is worth noting the mental barrier Dallas has when facing SF. So if the Cowboys do get their act together and beat their nemesis… they would gain some momentum as they head into the meat of the schedule

If the Cowboys beat the 49ers, I will be ecstatic! It may not compare to the Super Bowl, but even small victories are better than losses!

no...it would be against a weaker team. still doesn't make us a superbowl ready team and pushes us down the draft board and it gives Jerry another week's excuse to continue to do what he does, which is absolutely nothing.

this team needs to be embarassed, talked about in negative light incessantly and fans revolting for Jerry to take action and get the message. he has to hurt in the pocket for him to get it.
yes both teams are missing key players, SF still has a good defense, which is why I am picking SF to win.
Also they are at home.
I think the cowboys are in disarray, jerrys comments, and the more with less thing, is hurting the cowboys.

Cowboys wins are always a good thing so that's reason to be happy

But I'd lean towards not happy because it would probably convince Jerry we're on the precipice of something big and he'd double down on his own ineptitude. Anything that emboldens Jerry is ultimately a detriment to the team long term

No, won’t be sold yet. If this oline starts to gel, there might be SOME hope on that side of the ball, but our Dline is weak overall. And I just don’t trust the coaching or culture of this bunch.

Why or why not?

Yes, I would be happy about beating the 49ers. If they beat the 49ers it doest change the problems with the Cowboys. The 49ers and Cowboys have injuries so anything is possible. If the Cowboys win it will creat a delusion that they are contenders and they are not.
