If the Cowboys lose to the Vikings and Giants, that should be enough

Dak responded to throwing the two INTs by getting the team a 14 point lead late into the game. It was the defense who allowed the Packers to come all of the way back, including allowing a TD on 4th and 7. Or how big of a lead is the offense suppose to give the defense, before you give the defense the accountability for being able to close out a game with a lead in the 4th quarter?
The defense also spotted the offense by giving them a turnover inside the 10, and special teams generated a turnover, which gave the offense a short field which led to another TD with a very nice pass from Dak. The point is, the different units need to bail each other out at times and step up when one unit isn't performing as well. The defense **** the bed in the 4th quarter, and all the offense NEEDED to do was get one long drive either resulting in a punt or one FG. The offense failed. Each game has a different story.

Cooper Rush does not make the team competitive in any game in which the offense needs to score in the upper 20s or higher to have a chance to stay in or win games. Now Cooper Rush is getting credit for what the defense did while he was playing. If he is alone is able to make teams better, than why hasn't any other team picked him up to make them their starter?
Cooper Rush is much better at playing keep away than Dak is. Sometimes it's not about points, but sustaining drives, keeping the defense fresh, and being more efficient on key downs and in the running game.

Cooper doesn't hang the defense out to dry . . .

There is a direct coalition to the defense and it's performance on the field this year and the QB under center

I'm not going to deny the fact of the INTs being costly. But at the same time some in the agenda to put all of the blame on Dak, is attempting to absolve the defense for allowing the Packers to come back down from a 14 point lead. At some point in close games the defense is still going to have to prove that they can come up with crucial 4th quarter stops. They especially are going to have to stop opposing offenses on 3rd and 4th downs, in any game which the Cowboys have a lead in for the rest of the season.

Because playoff caliber defenses don't give up leads or constantly allow opposing offenses to rush for 200+ yards. It would have been nice for the offense to get another scoring drive going after the Packers got within 7 points. But at the same time we should be able to go into the 4th quarter with a double digit lead, feeling like our team has the game in control and is on the way to winning, due to the defenses ability to close out a game and make key stops in the 4th.

I have said why I believe this before . . His arm strength is limited . . . but the time spent in this system makes him valuable to this team specifically. . . He is able to see and process things faster which gives Him the edge over Dak

Now that teams see what He can do if given a chance His value has increased . . But I would much prefer drafting a QB and developing Him id given the Choice. . . I am done with Dak . . . Just waiting for the Final Act

The offense is more efficient under Dak..scoring, 3rd downs all of it..please stop trying to say less points from the offense is better when that may be the most ridiculous argument ever...let me get this straight..a defense who has clearly had a problem stopping the run and needs to get teams into passing situations benefits from closer score and no leads? make that make sense please..so if the bears who kept running the ball even 3 scores down would've been worse off if our offense had only score 14 points? sorry but this sounds ridiculous.

Seriously look up our defense rankings in pass and run and make what your trying to say make sense...mental gymnastics

No Cooper Rush is not more efficient at keeping the ball away. In one game against the Bengals. The offense with Cooper Rush went the entire 2nd half not being able to score and constantly punting. The defense getting to Burrow and limiting the Bengals offense in the 2nd half, is the only reason the Cowboys had a chance to win with a GW FG at the end.

This isn't true. As the defense had to work overtime to limit opposing offenses, By limiting them to 20 or less per game and one TD while Cooper Rush was playing. Cooper Rush also got lucky that a couple of his INTs got overturned by penalty before the Eagles game. If his INTs had stood against Washington, then the outcome of that game could have been different or the defense would have been put in a more difficult position of having to stop Washington's offense for a chance to win the game.

I’m not denying the defense had its big issues that contributed to the loss, but the QB did not make the plays necessary in the 4th quarter nor in OT to win the game. Every time GB scores, you DO have a chance with the ball. Heck, you didn’t even have to score points. A long sustaining drive resulting in a punt might have been enough. It’s the quick three and outs I have a problem with when you’re expecting the offense to respond. Dak and the offense knew the defense was struggling, so sometimes the offense has to bail the defense out; it can’t always be the other way around. Almost every game this season the defense had to play at such a high level to win in order to hide the offense’s deficiencies; it’s impossible to maintain that over the course of a season.
Long sustaining drives would be Moore not getting pass happy.

The defense also had a chance to get multiple stops in the 4th quarter and OT.

The offense deficiencies was because of Rush. If you can't see the difference with the offense with Rush compared to Dak than I can't help you.

The loss to GB was a team effort. Nobody gets more blame or less. But also remember the fact that GB simply has own the Cowboys no matter who was QB for the past 15 plus years

If the Cowboys once again see their season going down the tube, they should finally make a change at quarterback. Last year it was one game vs Arizona that let the air out of the team, as Kyler Murray came in to Dallas and outplayed Dak so bad that there was no longer the belief that the Cowboys would excel in the playoffs. I think most of the players felt they never had a chance against San Francisco after the way Arizona pounded them.
This year there have been warning signs since week one. Had Cooper Rush not came in and led the Cowboys to a 4-1 record, they might be 4-5 or worse at this point.
With this season on the brink of yet another crash and burn, Jerry will surely see he has nothing to lose. The Cowboys have repeatedly shed every player but the quarterback trying to find a way to win.
Maybe it's time to listen to those who recognize the issue is Dak.
I don't think seeing Dallas lose to the Vikings and Giants should be enough. I think we have already seen enough. That's what really pisses me off about all these Dak supporters. They continue to want chance after chance and when Dak runs up 50 on some crap team that satisfies them to no end. That SF playoff loss was just sickening. And these idiots blame the defense when Dak is going 3 and out instead of sustaining drives giving the defense rest. Dak is no leader, he is one of those clowns that talks a great game but never does crap when it matters. Every year he has numerous games like that AZ and SF game.

I mean most Cowboy fans would be excited about getting an upgrade at QB, but because we are not football dumb enough to think Rush is the one then I guess that makes us supporters? maybe...good story though.

And are also trying to say that the offense was more efficient with Cooper Rush or that the offense with Cooper Rush wasn't steadily giving the ball back to the opposing offense. When the offense with Cooper Rush went long stretches during the game in which they failed to score and/or constantly punted. If the opposing offenses in those games were able to get a couple of more TDs on the board or if the defense had allowed them to score 30 points or more like they did in the last two weeks. Then the Cowboys would not have went 4-1 with Cooper Rush.

All of it is false and and is proven by the stats..but again they dont like Stats because any fact ruins there delusion.

Rush isn't winning anything he is a backup. He just showed us how good the team itself can play without Dak. Dak is a problem that's festering.

So, if Dak actually plays well the next 2 games - let's say averages 250 ypg, 2-3 passing TD's, cleans up the TO's, and the offense averages 28ppg - and they lose, you're STILL gonna blame that on Dak? Even if the D gives up the 175 ypg on the ground that they've done the last 4 weeks, you're still gonna blame Dak? If you answer yes, then you've absolutely shown you are one of the "agenda" folks and aren't being honest about this team in its entirety.

"If"...the biggest word in the Dictionary. Well, that little dream of yours that you just posted has not happened.
