We're supposed to know that players can't say what they want to say. If they go after Dak it could cost them their job.
Special teams recovered a fumble that gave Dak a short field for one touchdown. He threw two picks, one deep in his own territory- both were turned into touchdowns and one took away an easy score for the Cowboys. He didn't run the clock out at all in the 4th quarter, putting the defense on the field for more than 10 minutes of that quarter after making them cover his mistakes the entire game.
So I ask you- how do you think the defense really feels about Dak?
Oh Snap . . you dropped some logic

If the Cowboys once again see their season going down the tube, they should finally make a change at quarterback. Last year it was one game vs Arizona that let the air out of the team, as Kyler Murray came in to Dallas and outplayed Dak so bad that there was no longer the belief that the Cowboys would excel in the playoffs. I think most of the players felt they never had a chance against San Francisco after the way Arizona pounded them.
This year there have been warning signs since week one. Had Cooper Rush not came in and led the Cowboys to a 4-1 record, they might be 4-5 or worse at this point.
With this season on the brink of yet another crash and burn, Jerry will surely see he has nothing to lose. The Cowboys have repeatedly shed every player but the quarterback trying to find a way to win.
Maybe it's time to listen to those who recognize the issue is Dak.
two things, you are advocating for offense to score less and that's some how better....
this must be the bizzaro world logic

secondly, why? what would be the purpose of putting in Rush? is he the future? are we going to build around Rush?

your comment is vengeful at best, because there is ZERO good football reason to make a change. change is to improve or prepare for the future, giving up on the present. Rush is not better. Rush is not the future.

you failed once again, but then again you are used to that....

Jerry won't do it, but you Dak homers are seriously messed up. You so vehemently defend Dak for unknown reasons while we STILL wait for him to beat a winning team going back to last season. Except now he can't beat a last place team, either, if it's a big game. And yes, as bad as the defense was, he had TWO chances to take the team on his back at the end and win it. Yes, it is insane for anyone to want to start Rush, the only QB who has beaten good teams. Take off those $40 mil blinders that got you thinking like Jerry does. Dak make more money...Dak must be better QB. We should all be mad because we don't have a QB on this roster who can win a Super Bowl.
:hammer: and only 1 of them makes the team Competitive and enjoyable to watch

The Dallas D forced a turnover inside the GB 10 yard line, and Dallas gets zero points out of it due to Dak's INT, and the Packers score on the next possession. 14 point swing. Next drive: Dakota throws the 2nd INT on a ball that should've never been thrown; the Packers score on that possession. Another possible 10-14 point swing as Dallas was near midfield. Prescott is EXPECTED to perform via throwing TDs, so that's great he came back against a terrible GB defense and put up 21 unanswered, but then he scores zero points in the 4th quarter and obviously in OT. The game was actually a microcosm of Dak's career. Starts off really strong, chokes, comes back, chokes again. He is INCONSISTENT and that's the main problem I have with the amount of money he's making.
So Dak gave up the 14 point lead in the 4th quarter

I totally agree. It was a bad cold it was a bad play. Prescott never should’ve released it. But how was he supposed to know the player wasn’t going to be where he was supposed to be on a timing plate.
Because He was staring Him down the Whole Route . . Causing the Safety to creep up . . . Therefore necessitating the "Change in Plans" . . . I am sure Cooper Rush would have recognized that. . . .

Maybe The fact that Lamb had to play with Cooper and His ability to read defenses as opposed to Dak's style of stare 'em down and chuck it at 'em is having a negative effect

No, but each time GB scored, Dak and the offense generated zero points. They had one first down on the first drive, and then went three and out on the second drive after GB's second TD. It's how Dak responds to adversity, or his lack of ability to do so.
Dak responded to adversity by giving the team a 14 point lead in the 4th quarter.

Quinn defense did Quinn things, guess people forget the 28-3 Superbowl collapse or the collapse when he played Dak and they came back and won that game, giving up another huge lead.

Folks that blame Dak and nobody else shows how little they know about football or just have an agenda. It's that simple

Anyone making a case to start Rush is ridiculous, there is nothing else to call it other than ridiculous
Come back here after Thanksgiving . No way This team beats Minnesota and the Giants the way Dak is playing and there is no reason to believe His play will improve.

If Dak continues to play at this level No Matter what the Dark Apologists say the rest of the Fan base will demand He be replaced

JUST FOR THE HELL OF IT

I’m not denying the defense had its big issues that contributed to the loss, but the QB did not make the plays necessary in the 4th quarter nor in OT to win the game. Every time GB scores, you DO have a chance with the ball. Heck, you didn’t even have to score points. A long sustaining drive resulting in a punt might have been enough. It’s the quick three and outs I have a problem with when you’re expecting the offense to respond. Dak and the offense knew the defense was struggling, so sometimes the offense has to bail the defense out; it can’t always be the other way around. Almost every game this season the defense had to play at such a high level to win in order to hide the offense’s deficiencies; it’s impossible to maintain that over the course of a season.

Win or lose I will be back, and either way Rush would not be a better choice at QB to anyone who is interested in playing the better QB.

his highest point output was 25 points against commanders. his highest passing game was 230 against the bengals. on the other hand defense gave up 17,16,10,10 during the wins. give me defense that gives up 17 over the past two games and what's the record? and then one game we give up over 20 and we lose.

team was competitive because defense was playing much better. if defense plays the same way the team will be more competitive. not because of Rush.

We should’ve won in a blowout but Dakota’s turnovers gave the Packers life. Green Bay would’ve laid down if we had gone up 10-0 or 17-0; you never want to give an inferior team hope, and that’s exactly what Dakota Rayne did

Hey now. The intangibles of the game are only talked about if they are positive. Don't go actin' like you know anything about football or the psychological breaking point leading to a team collapse. Mr. Dakota does nothing but crush opposing teams. It was everyone else that gave them hope. Learn that & you'll go places around here. Otherwise, you just a Hata!

so your basic complaint is doesn't matter what the defense does. we should just outscore every team regardless. your complaint is 28 isn't enough. we should have had 35. and if the defense gives up 35, then we should score 42 and if we don't its Dak's fault.

Dak responded to throwing the two INTs by getting the team a 14 point lead late into the game. It was the defense who allowed the Packers to come all of the way back, including allowing a TD on 4th and 7. Or how big of a lead is the offense suppose to give the defense, before you give the defense the accountability for being able to close out a game with a lead in the 4th quarter?

We will see . . I am not predicting the Cowboys lose . . . I just see them going against 2 teams that are united the Giants and Minnesota players are playing as a team

Meanwhile this weeks excuse is Lamb and Dak need to get on the same page and the Media ripped Lamb all week

This is not good because when Cooper was playing everyone were carrying their own weight and playing like a team.

Now Lamb is being roosted everyone wants Kellen gone . . . Quinn is fools gold and being exposed . . Micah was non existent and over rated . . .

Just like I predicted and keep predicting. . . . The story is being played out . . . For Dak's sake I hope He And Lamb and Shultz can finally get on the same page . .

Because if they lose the next 2 weeks it WILL be because if Dark and He Will be on the way out . . and if He is not Jerry and The Cowboy Franchise will be roosted from the inside out

The Fan base has tasted some competitive football with Cooper and we are done with the Dak Drama

Cooper Rush does not make the team competitive in any game in which the offense needs to score in the upper 20s or higher to have a chance to stay in or win games. Now Cooper Rush is getting credit for what the defense did while he was playing. If he is alone is able to make teams better, than why hasn't any other team picked him up to make them their starter?

the team was competitive because Cooper kept the chains moving and didn't make the wrong decision at the wrong time. . . in fact He made the right decisions at the right times. . . . Dak's mistakes have led to points and have hung the defense out to dry

Now be honest . . . How many posts did you make critizing Cooper's "almost" interceptions and in contrast How many posts have you made about Shultz and Lamb's interceptions?

Be Honest
