You wait to ask the new Head Coach what he wants to do with the roster.

I'm guessing 5-11 means Wade is gone. Then Stephen locks Jerry in his room and then the new Head Coach actually gets to pick the direction his team will take.

If the Cowboys were to "suck" this year, which they will not, then the answer would be to replace the entire coaching staff .. not the majority of the team.

However, I am of the opinion that the entire coaching staff will provide us with great heartache in 09... Waiting is not one of my strong points.

Personally I think jerry jones is on the right track now, I hated to see T O let go, but in long run maybe better off, now its on players like romo, witten, roy williams to step up and be the men, its on them now

either they will become leaders and demand things are this wont work

i also think with jerry jones letting T O and roy williams go, he is on the right track, because a player like scandrick said, he gets it, no one is indespinsable on the roster now, anyone can get cut.

But I also think one more player needs to be cut, or released or traded, ala Flozell Adams or greg ellis. If one of those players doesnt want to work and work hard in offseason and in training camp, one of those players needs to be traded or released to finish sending the message.

Then, you will have a team,

its kinda like jimmy johnson said, players knew that he had the hammer on the players and he would cut or trade or release them if they crossed him or he didnt believe in them. Thats the key, the players have to fear one person on the team, and those players must be made to realize, jerry jones and the cowboys organization isnt going to put up with half effort anymore, no more late to meetings, no more missing treatments, and no more lazy workouts with no hitting in practice the first 25 days of training camp.

Do that, fix those areas along with the snitches on the team, then you will have a team.
