If the Eagles were to fire their coach, would you want him?

I would write a glowing letter of recommendation for him so the Giants will hire him.

Trust me he's the loosest cannon in football by miles as a coach, and if they lose early in the playoffs he could be available (Please lose!!). With that said would you want him here, bring in a Vrabel as your DC/assistant head coach, someone from the Shanahan tree to be our OC?? HOW ABOUT IT?
He's not going to be fired. He's the winningest coach in their history at .676. I think he is the winningest head coach in the postseason for them as well with a .400 winning percentage. 2/3. He's delegated coordinating duties. If he was canned he wouldn't be on the market long. The funny faces, and complaining to referees don't bother me. It just means the coach has passion. I remember nobody liked a coach we had, and he was probably one of the fan bases favorite in Jimmy Johnson. He had a lot of same antics and we loved it. If the Giants won more games, and were a competitive team every year we would hate whoever was coaching their team as well. I remember I loved the guy that replaced Buddy Ryan. Rich Kotite. He was a brutal coach that wrecked that team, and we all loved him. Every time we played him darn near he was a consistent win for us. Ryan tended to beat us and we hated that guy. They throw snowballs with ice and batteries at us, and we throw porkchops at them.

Those guys have been able to win as they rebuilt that defense. They are a couple past rushers away from serious dominance, and as it stands, and you can correct me if I'm wrong, they are the youngest defense in the league. When they get a pass rush it's going to be a real problem.

For me, CowboysZone's best posts are hypotheticals, for members to ponder, that Jerry Jones would never consider in the first place. Move over, America Chavez. There is a new multiverse sheriff in town.

Eagles won't fire their coach, but Jerry will bring him in for an interview if he doesn't re-sign McCarthy...Kellen Moore might get the private jet treatment.

No. I think the Eagles have underperformed given their roster the last few years.

Team was 4-11 the year before he arrived. In 2021 they were predicted to be below .500 and miss the playoffs. They won 9 and lost in the WC round.
Year 2 SB appearance. Vegas had them winning 9.5 games, they won 14
Year 3 made the playoffs but they fell apart at the end of the year. Coaching staff was a mess which is on Roseman as much as Sirianni. Predicted win total 11.5 actual 11.
Year 4 13-3. Predicted wins10.5

So they‘ve exceeded predicted win totals 3 of 4 years, made the playoffs in all 4 seasons and reached a SB when no one was expecting it.

He’s goofy as hell and I don’t like his antics but he wins a lot of games and his players respond to him.

What were the Eagles last year, 10-1? Then finished behind the Cowboys who went 12-5?

Yes I mentioned they fell apart but to insinuate they‘ve underachieved “the past few years“ makes no sense, they overachieved 3 of Siriannis 4 years.

Sirriani is the modern day equivalent of Jim Lee Howell. A HC that is only successful because his OC & DC are basically running the show. I'm not saying Kellan Moore and Vic Fangio are in the same class as Lombardi & Landry but they are still very effective at their jobs.

not with a 10 foot pole

but I would consider stealing their OC back, just to hurt 'em, depending on who we get for our own HC

It depends on how the Eagles finish and/or who is available to them. That team doesn’t hesitate to move off a coach if they think they can do better. It is the youngest starting eleven defense. However it will soon be time to start paying them. Can’t keep them all.
