Could you cut all the players you wanted on an uncapped year and free up space even if a cap went into effect the next year?? Lets say Dallas unloaded Flozell Adams and TO and traded Marrion Barber for a player of equal value at another position, would all the dead money hit on the uncapped year??? Could teams redo the contracts of current players and give them like 30 million roster bonuses and lock them up for multiple years?? Could Romo, Ware, Newman, and Davis being given huge roster bonuses and then play out their contracts on a low year salary???
