then there is a big problem here.

If anyone watched that Eagles-Packers game, it was eye opening at how large the holes were Philly was opening up against the Packers front. Aikman was almost laughing at times at how big the holes were.

The one thing that the Packers can do is rush the passer. So with Smith out, this is a game where we need, and should be able, to run the ball very well.

No Smith hurts. But Fleming did well in the past filling in for him. He will have all week to prepare for this game.

Definitely need to establish a strong running game right away though.

I just worry about the coaches.

I was trusting in Moore and it was like someone else took over last week and forced Dallas to go back into it's old Linehan shell.

It's obvious Dallas should run the ball this week but with the criticism they are receiving for being conservative last week it wouldn't surprise me if they got pass happy.

Our coaches have always been a reactionary bunch when it comes to their criticisms.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this happen.

I would only hope that we will make timely adjustments, if our running game isn't producing as expected vs. Green Bay. Persisting in calling Ezekiel's number to excess, like we did vs. N.O., was a foolish blunder. Let's hope wiser thinking prevails at AT&T Stadium, Sunday at 4:25 p.m. Beating good teams is hard enough, without making it easy for them. ;)

They need some design runs for pollard. get him the ball and rush to the outside. As I type this i'm hearing zeke has 2 broken tackles this year. His rein as a dominant inside runner is over, he's good but not great.

People seem so keen on the Dallas offense.

I am hoping a consistent pass rush is established or Rogers will be throwing all over them. The dude is still magic, makes me so angry. lol

The Saints run D won on scheme, not talent. No reason to think the Packers can't/won't mimic that.

packers will go all out to stop the run...so SOMEBODY should be open.
by hook or crook...
:starspin:JUST...WIN:starspin:

I think Zeke will go off on Sunday. 170 total yards.

Fleming started a Super Bowl once. He's not Chaz Green that's for sure.

run right a lot more..away from Cwill and Fleming..there fixed.. the ones to the right should be RPOs and stretch type tosses etc maybe use pollard for those.. but want to run up the gut and just off tackle do it RIGHT.. LOL

Im a fan of developing payers and Cwill is doing fine BUT hes better in pass protection then run blocking, maybe Xavier comes in on some run downs etc..

If we can't run the ball on Sunday against the Packers, why are the Cowboys playing top dollar to Zeke and this Oline?

Scheme alone? The Saints have a very good front and two pretty good DTs. Brown and Rankins just killed our interior OL.
It's worst then that really, they have FOUR 1st rnd picks on that line... but that's no excuse to keep running into a wall. We all know sitting here that was vanilla queens BS that hurt us in a lot of games. It's head scratching to say the least as to WHY Moore IF he is so smart didn't realize wth they were doing to us on the defensive side of the ball, and send in plays to counter the look they gave. But I watched it, and saw little to no motion or even put Pollard in single back or with Zeke to try and confuse them.... all we can do is put it behind us, and hope to hell this 1st year genus learned something from this game. You have to give your players a chance, and I saw none of that on Sunday night. Just piss poor IMO

I think the Packers plan will be to load the box to stop Zeke and put Jaire Alexander on Cooper and try to force the Cowboys to beat them throwing to everyone else.
