Who would be the defensive coordinator

Who would be the head coach

Who would be the offensive coordinator

What coach or coaches would get them over the hump

Probably tight ends coach too is garrett is gone

I dont know who would fit our system and make a seemless transaction, since the time is now

We should have fired Wade LAST year and hired Rex Ryan. What he has done with a mediocre jets roster is amazing. Imagine what he could have done with our roster. We need to find the next Rex Ryan.

The question will always be "who can stand having the strings attached with Jerrah"?

What is is brighter to fire everyone than ask that question??? ROFL.

Ask Washington fans how fun it is to hire a "genius" then not have any clue who will be the rest of the staff.

Why is a "seemless transaction" (good Lord) necessary?

What Dallas has doesn't work. Continuing to do what has never worked before (Wade Phillips) and expecting it to suddenly work is a bit far fetched at this point. How many years does he get to prove he can't get it done in the post season?

There needs to be significant changes to get some of these guys out of their comfort zone. Especially the OL. And maybe someone else could get something out of RW.

All I know is that we have a handful of some of the best players in the league at their respective positions, and that every year Wade and Garrett run the show flushes a year of Ware and Romo's prime down the toilet.

Well, we could hire Norv as the OC after he gets canned. :p:
If Norv gets fired I would not hesitate to bring him in as OC.

What ? That " terrible play caller ", " no adjustment ", dummy ?

No thanks..

We should hire Lake Kiffin.. After all, he's young, his wife is hot, he wears khakis, his wife is hot, his hair is still dark, his wife his hot, he's ALWAYS making adjustments, his wife is hot, and he can make the players make plays.

Right on the money!!! Why some people don't get this is beyond me.

Say what you will, his wife is smokin' hot, and people keep giving him big $$$ to coach their football teams.

Sparano took an almost talentless team to the playoffs last year, and stayed in contention this year with basically a rookie QB and his best offensive weapon hurt. Look at their roster vs. ours. Parcells started rebuilding almost from scratch.

I'd take their staff over ours any day of the week.
