You mean the fact that Bledsoe sucks and has zero chance of leading anywhere deep in the playoffs(where the teams with good pash rush reside) isn't the right reason?

Right on, Bledsoe probably is the best quarterback the Cowboys have had since Aikman, but he's only slightly better than Testaverde. Bledsoe does not stand a chance to take the Cowboys deep into the playoffs. The backup QB experiment is worth a try. It just happens to be Romo. If that's a flop, then Dallas can try something in the draft. But, at present, Bledsoe will not lead a team to a Super Bowl win, he never has. And he's not getting better.
