The Cowboys problem is the owner won’t hire a coach that demands accountability and stay out of the way. We shouldn’t have the owners talking to the media after games. The problem is was and will always be Jerry Jones. The Jones family want to run the team their way and it won’t work. Moore has 2 Probowl WRs, Probowl RB and a Probowl QB. The eagles are better at acquiring talent than the cowboys are because they use FA and the Draft. They don’t have the circus that is Jerry Jones.
And Ben Johnson doesn't have all those things plus a better head coach that right now I mean you can say that about any coordinator that's part of a team you know we went through this with Bienemy but he still got hired but most people knew with the talent they had and who he was coaching under that it probably wasn't him but this is a risk you take but I'm gonna tell you right now that could happen to Ben Johnson he seems to be #1 on every list but yet he's part of a ridiculously loaded offense a loaded team he's getting benefit of a very aggressive and hands on head coach he's not gonna have that when he's exposed his focus is split this happens anywhere...

I guarantee you this and even though it's just a rumor but Kelly Moore's gonna get an interview at more than just the Dallas Cowboys for a head coaching job so will Cliff Kingsbury who's already been a failure as a head coach this is just how it works this is the NFL they're looking to think that they can fix something that maybe when these coaches were on other teams didn't get the benefits of...

Does anyone of us genuinely believe a top head coach is ever going to work for Jerry Jones?
Yes Mike McCarthy is a top coach ,are you delusional ??!!

I mean do I have to sit here this morning and listen to the mushmouth fanbase. just say ridiculous things you do realize that right now as it sits Mike McCarthy has the highest win percentage of any head coach in Dallas Cowboys history he in 2020 was hired with about seven other head coaches and guess what they were all fired within three years they're not coaching and he was the best choice that year yes bill Parcells coach steer wait Phillips was an actually really good coach and he coached here Dan Quinn wanted the head coaching job here he left because he couldn't get it so yes the answer to that question is yes generally yes we could get a coach and by the way Vrabel and Belichick said last year they'd be interested and it's funny when I listen and I don't want him but ESPN they have some ex coaches over there and one of them is Ryan and he said he'd love to come here and fix the Cowboys woes I'm not saying I want him but these are all coaches that have been very good to top level coaches in the NFL..

Go ahead I dare you in 2020 you go back and tell me all the head coaches that were hired and the possibilities of the ones that people cried to get here and none of them worked out Mike McCarthy won 36 games two division titles and went to the playoffs three straight years and working by the way with your narrative one of the worst D miss in the NFL and yet he still was able to have success so yes the answer to your question is that yes they would come work here your narratives are wrong because I already heard last year when the opening might have been there that rainbow and Belichick made it clear that they were interested would they have came here I don't know but they were definitely interested...

KM would be the final straw? Being a Boys fan for the last 30 years should've sucked the soul out of all us. But here we are...
Right you don't get to choose the coaches or the players or your ownership you just literally hope every year their first success and if people would stop looking at this as 30 years it's a year to year league it's a week to weekly just because this year's a down here doesn't mean next year can't be the year it literally is that way for the fans we have no choices we have no control but I love how people come on here and threaten to leave like we care who cares leave already we don't even need your resignation to be public just sneak on out quietly..

Read the tea leaves in Philly.

He has the same issues. Doesnt call a well rounded game, they have a bad passing game and its very inconsistent.

He is looking good because he an All Pro / Pro bowl type player at all 11 positions on offense.

I don’t mind Moore coming here. But it’s not all good. They are just an elite squad.
That’s cause Jalen hurt isn’t elite

When KM comes up, this forum sounds like a bunch hobos complaining about someone else's large and well appointed house.

It's not that Jerry won't hire anyone who demands accountability, the problem is he refuses to allow the coaches he hires to hold the players accountable.

KM is at least competent as an offensive coordinator, so that's not nothing. I think he brings more to the table than McCarthy easily.

But he's the kind of weak personality puppet coach the Joneses love, and he wouldn't change the fundamental issues around here. It would be more of the same, just with more offensive motion.

The issues in this org simply start higher up than the coaching staff. They're a symptom, not the problem.

Would you pass the ball a ton if you had an RB that might break Dickerson's record?

I wish I could give up on this team, but after 50 years it is not possible. Besides, my idea is as follows:

You can change wives, GFs, cars, houses, jobs etc

2 things you cant give up on: your sports team, your pet.
