Kind of backwards huh?

If you dislike Bledsoe then fine that is your choice. However, to degrade him or post like he is the anti-christ is not only over the top but pretty pathetic.

I am REALLY glad we have Bledsoe ready to go if Romo gets hurt. He just might win an NFC championship game and put us in the superbowl.

New England fans still have Bledsoe to thank for putting the Patriots in the superbowl in 2001.

For the sake of any chances at all I sincerely hope we don't have to see any more of Dreadsoe at all on the field during game action in a Cowboys uni.

So if Drew led the Pats to the SB following the '01 season, then I guess Bernie Kosar gets credited for leading the Cowboys to the SB the '93 season?

Does it really matter if we lose? We're in the playoffs and we have nothing to gain but pride... honestly, I'd prefer the better draft pick.

Yes I do want that Drew Bledsoe.....because we at least drove down to tie the football game despite the turnover....with Romo we never had a chance from the opening kickoff. Also Drew won in philly last year as well despite trailing by 2 scores late in 4th quarter...

His statline might not always be pretty and there's games he might get sacked 7 times....but at least he knows how to WIN.

Romo is still a bit unpolished and has a long way to before he's a true probowl QB...

Flame away if you like...but this is the reality of things.

Munchis.....Out!!

Ok Munchis, look at this:

Dallas scoring drives:

1-10-DAL43(9:51) J.Jones left guard to PHI 47 for 10 yards (M.Lewis).1-10-PHI47(9:24) J.Jones left tackle to PHI 41 for 6 yards (D.Jones).2-4-PHI41(8:51) D.Bledsoe pass short right to T.Glenn to PHI 27 for 14 yards (L.Sheppard).1-10-PHI27(8:11) J.Jones left tackle to PHI 23 for 4 yards (J.Trotter).2-6-PHI23(7:30) D.Bledsoe pass short right to J.Witten to PHI 13 for 10 yards (D.Jones; J.Trotter).1-10-PHI13(6:55) J.Jones left tackle to PHI 9 for 4 yards (D.Jones).2-6-PHI9(6:18) J.Jones right guard to PHI 1 for 8 yards (J.Trotter).1-1-PHI1(5:38) J.Jones up the middle to PHI 1 for no gain (J.Trotter).2-1-PHI1(4:56) J.Jones up the middle to PHI 2 for -1 yards (D.Howard, B.Bunkley).3-2-PHI2(4:15) M.Barber left tackle for 2 yards, TOUCHDOWN.

Bledsoe threw for twenty yards!!!! WOOHOO!

Anyone can see that this scoring drive came because of JJ's runs, not Bledsoe's planning. So there goes the whole, "Bledsoe led for a score".

Second Scoring Drive:

(10:45) D.McNabb sacked at DAL 31 for -9 yards (G.Ellis). FUMBLES (G.Ellis), RECOVERED by DAL-D.Ware at DAL 31. D.Ware for 69 yards, TOUCHDOWN. PENALTY on DAL-J.Ratliff, Unsportsmanlike Conduct, 15 yards, enforced between downs.

Ok, Bledsoe had nothing to do with Ware's TD.

1-10-DAL25(9:06) J.Jones up the middle to DAL 30 for 5 yards (J.Trotter, D.Jones).2-5-DAL30(8:32) J.Jones left tackle to DAL 34 for 4 yards (S.Barber; D.Howard).3-1-DAL34(7:53) D.Bledsoe pass short right to T.Glenn pushed ob at DAL 48 for 14 yards (B.Dawkins).1-10-DAL48(7:27) J.Jones right tackle to PHI 41 for 11 yards (L.Sheppard, D.Jones).1-10-PHI41(6:46) J.Jones up the middle to PHI 40 for 1 yard (D.Howard; T.Cole).2-9-PHI40(6:09) D.Bledsoe pass incomplete left to T.Owens [D.Walker].3-9-PHI40(6:06) D.Bledsoe pass deep left to T.Glenn to PHI 21 for 19 yards (J.Hanson; S.Considine).1-10-PHI21(5:26) J.Jones right end to PHI 17 for 4 yards (M.Lewis; M.Patterson).2-6-PHI17(4:47) D.Bledsoe pass incomplete to A.Fasano (S.Barber) [T.Cole].3-6-PHI17(4:43) M.Barber up the middle to PHI 8 for 9 yards (M.Lewis; S.Barber).1-8-PHI8(4:09) J.Jones right tackle to PHI 7 for 1 yard (J.Trotter).2-7-PHI7(3:33) D.Bledsoe scrambles right end for 7 yards, TOUCHDOWN.

Once again, this drive is run heavy, Bledsoe had little affect on this drive.

2-2-DAL30(15:00) J.Jones left tackle to DAL 31 for 1 yard (T.Cole).3-1-DAL31(14:40) D.Bledsoe up the middle to DAL 32 for 1 yard (M.Patterson).1-10-DAL32(14:18) D.Bledsoe pass short right to T.Owens pushed ob at DAL 44 for 12 yards (L.Sheppard).1-10-DAL44(13:50) J.Jones up the middle to PHI 47 for 9 yards (D.Jones).2-1-PHI47(13:14) J.Jones up the middle to PHI 45 for 2 yards (T.Cole; S.Barber).1-10-PHI45(12:33) D.Bledsoe pass short left to J.Jones pushed ob at PHI 23 for 22 yards (S.Barber).1-10-PHI23(12:07) D.Bledsoe pass incomplete short right to T.Owens (L.Sheppard).2-10-PHI23(12:03) J.Jones up the middle to PHI 21 for 2 yards (T.Cole).3-8-PHI21(11:22) D.Bledsoe pass incomplete short left to T.Owens (J.Hanson).4-8-PHI21(11:18) M.Vanderjagt 39 yard field goal is GOOD, Center-L.Ladouceur, Holder-T.Romo.

Once again, this drive is run-heavy.

And for Bledsoe's last scoring drive:

:)31) D.Bledsoe pass short right intended for J.Witten INTERCEPTED by L.Sheppard at PHI -2. L.Sheppard for 102 yards, TOUCHDOWN.

Bledsoe's only TD pass in the game.

So Munchis, your whole argument about Bledsoe playing well in that game is crap.

Serious question for the mods, why is this guy still allowed to post? He is a Commanders fan that showed up the week we played them, and then comes a trolling after a loss. He never shows up after a win. He is the classic definition of troll so what gives? You can PM me an answer if you dont wanna discuss on the board :)

Answer this question:

What the hell did that have to do with Bledsoe?

Obviously he's not the one moving the ball (forward, that is).

The biggest loss this season has been the man in your signature (T. Glenn).....he is a shell of his former self without Bledsoe.

I just think that Bledsoe is the better QB to be able to get into high scoring affairs with the likes of the Eagles and Saints in the playoffs.....he dismantled the saints in preseason and is 2-1 against the Eagles as a cowboy....something no other QB since Aikman can boast about.

Munchis....Out!!

Oh yeah, that game in Philly last year was a classic Bledsoe win. Roy has a horseshoe in his pocket and McNabb hands him the interception and the game. How many points were we averaging with Drew, and how many with Romo?

Are you daft boy? It had plenty to do with Bledsoe.....good players make other players around them better. No matter how ugly he played, he still gave us a shot to win...he did this in new england and buffalo as I recall as well. The man hasn't played 14 years in this league by accident. He must have something thats kept him around despite being such a liability and sack machine don't you think?

With Bledsoe we have only been blown out in ONE game in his 22 career starts......that was at Washington last year.

In Romo's 9 starts (plus the 'relief' duty against the giants) we have been blown out 3 times (giants, saints, eagles....all at home, 2 against division foes).

Bledsoe is a proven winner and at least gives us a CHANCE to win a playoff game on the road next month.....

And for the record despite my present Romo hating, I have seen positives and hope he is the QB of the future, but right now I want Bledsoe so we can try and do something in the playoffs....this is a WIN NOW league last time I checked and Romo has digressed noticeably as the season went on....and sorry if this isn't a popular opinion.

Weren't we down 16-7 when TO dropped that perfect DEEP ball down the ledt sidelinein the second half? Is that where we had no chance? If he catches that pass maybe he scores, or at the very least get's us some good mo going to cut the lead to 16-14!!!!! How would Romo's stats look with the 70 yard DEEP pass to TO that he totally missed to put the Skins game away at 26-12? How about the other 15 drops by TO? What if TO catches that 4th down pass against the Giants? Who knows, we might win that game in spite of Bledsoe throwing another pick at the goal line before the half?

OK, get off Bledsoe's jock for a second, and go back and read my posts...

Now, did you look over the scoring charts? Julius Jones was the main reason for a lot of our scores. Yeah, unless Bledsoe was blocking for Jones, he had NOTHING to do with it.

How is that hard for you to comprehend?

Bledsoe has NOTHING to do with us getting not blown out. It's the defense. When Bledsoe was playing, earlier in the year, our defense wasn't exposed yet. Ever since the Saints game, our defense has been getting whipped up and down the field. HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE THAT?

Our defense has saved Bledsoe throughout earlier part of the season, and now, Romo is being called upon to save the defense, it's as easy as that.

How many of these games has Romo lost?

1. Saints game - no, that was on the defense
2. Eagles game - total collapse. romo made some great plays where everyone knows Bledsoe would've laid down and gotten sacked.

Bledsoe single-handedly lost us many games

It's sad that you can't understand this.

Obviously everyone on this board sees it, except you.
