I'm with you, Endgame. I hope we come out and wipe the carpet with them, but they are a good team and a loss wouldn't be a sign of impending doom. The Giants lost at home to the Vikings, for crying out loud, and nobody has said they aren't for real or cancelled their season.

Parcells will prepare this team for tommorow like its the super bowl, as im sure he does for every game. This team has reached a new level...Bledsoe, just throw to witten in the redzone.

Dallas is NOT losing to Denver.

You are right. Sean Salisbury on ESPN has picked us to win. That is important because he has the best record for the expert picks so far...

Could we PLEASE not have 35 "sky is falling" threads? Dallas has this string of three games in 11 or 12 games every season, and you know what? The team has only won all three a couple of times. Not only are the players tired, they're going to be up against a consensus top team in the league. Being the realist that I am, I know there's at least a 50/50 chance the Cowboys are going to lose tomorrow. AND ... it wouldn't be the end of the world. The Giants are NOT going to win out, and the Commanders sure as hell aren't. Meanwhile, it seems like the other teams in the conference who are fighting for wild card spots are imploding.

So ... we can lose and all will not be lost. Let's not freak out about things.

That said ... I'll be setting my DVR so I can eat T'giving dinner AND watch the Boys in peace. I can't wait for this game!
Great Post! AMEN to what you say. All 3 in 11 days are tough to get.

I have not seen 8-3 in a while. I know what 7-4 looks like; it looks like you are going to be 7-5 the next week. But 8-3? It has been a while since I have seen that in Dallas. I sure wouldn't mind seeing it on Friday.

I haven't seen 8-3 since....2003.
That was the Cowboys record before they got spanked by Miami that year. Went to 8-4, then lost to Philly to go 8-5. Beat Wash and NY to go 10-5, and then lost to the Saints to go 10-6.

Well guys it all depends on how we lose....If we get blown out you bet ur butt that I'll be making one of those "Sky is falling threads"......

But like I said It all depends on how the team looks...Besides it's not like we are the stright shot favorites to make the Playoffs....7-4 is not very good and like another member above said "it's just closer to 7-5 the week after that".

This is a must win no matter how you look at it.

Sorry, I don't see this game the same way. If we win, it's a great statement and moves us in the right direction but will still need to beat the Giants. If we lose, we are still looking at the NFC East title game next Sunday. It's not a must win, but it makes life much easier if we do.

This game will tell if we are a serious contender or not. Simple as that. Getting into the playoffs is one thing, being a serious contender is another.
Remember just a few years ago 10-6 got us into a first round spanking in the playoffs.

In my opinion after this game there will be a lot of people jumping on the Bandwagon..... Or off the bridge...

I think win or lose today we can make it to the playoffs but if we lose today then do not expect much in the playoffs. Should we win today against a good Denver team then we may have a good shot.

With that said I do not think it matters this year who goes to the big dance from the NFC, I think the AFC will win the Super Bowl. The Colts, Steelers and even the Patriots to me appear to be much better than anyone in the NFC. Curly

The Patriots have about as much chance at winning the superbowl this yr as the Texans, zero

their defense is just atrocious this yr and they've had too many injuries

they'll win that awful division they play in but probably lose in the first game...both of the wildard teams are probably going to be better teams than New England
