If we make the playoffs

It comes down to this, Jerry has to give the fans something to be excited about or else everything goes off the rails completely. We will not make the playoffs we will be lucky to win two more games.

Garrett has definitely stained the sheets badly enough to where there's no recovering with the fan base and media, Jerry can't sell that.

It won't come out as a "firing"...there will be some made up reason, needs more time at home cause wife has become a drunk due to his coaching job, or his best huntin dog ran off and JG just has to go find him, or JG will simply say I resign because of X, Y or Z reasons....oh and no way this bunch makes a play off game... the wings are on fire, they just haven't realized it yet...

I said rising because they've won two in a row and after the Hawks and Pats, they should be home free if they don't slip up. That's all.
Plus the Bills aren't all that bad. I assure you they'll outcoach and outplay our defense when we meet up with them on Thanksgiving.

Once again...pooping on this team. Seriously, why are you even here? You are clearly NOT a Cowboy fan. I'm not trying to be a jerk by saying that. You have had nothing good to say about this team all year and are always repeating your weekly game prediction of how much better the team is that's playing the 'boys. Seriously, no one here wants to constantly read predictions of other teams beating the team that we all cheer for. Once in a while...fine...but not every dang week and not the same prediction sprinkled throughout fifteen different threads every week. It just really gets old.

Do you think Jerry will assume "we are one step closer" and decides to keep JG? I think everyone here wants to see the Cowboys in the Playoffs, but if it meant keeping JG do you still want to be in the post season? I think if we miss the playoffs it's a 100% chance Garrett is gone, but if we make it does that allow him to keep his job? or will he be fired either way. Please merge if this is considered another "Fire Jason Garrett" thread. Thanks for reading.
Jerry’s looking for any reason to keep Garrett. Pretty short list of future puppets.

I've never been positive on this forum, eh? You clearly haven't seen me in certain threads. I've called this team talented. I like a lot of personalities on this team. I've called Dak a top 10 QB. I've complimented our receiving core, etc. I say plenty of positive stuff, you just want to see what YOU want to see and ignore the facts. Just because we're fans of the team doesn't mean you have to be positive all the time and predict wins in every game. Also, I've predicted a loss in how many forums exactly? The just for fun forums? No one is forcing you to read my predictions. If I'm clearly not a cowboys fan and I get on your nerves so much, why do you continue to see my posts? You have yet to ignore or block me...? Good day to you.

Edit:

I don't poop on the entire team as a whole. I poop on the coaching (Garrett, Rod, Richard), which makes this team 10x worse than what it should be. I get angry like many fans do. I've seen so many other people on this forum "poop" on this team yet I'm the only one being villanized.

Why does this question keep getting asked?

Garrett's fate will be decided by the Cowboys performance in January.

Either they win and he stays or they lose and he is finally gone.

A Better question. Why do you feel

Amari. Chill. Brother. lol.

I’d give Chris Richards a shot and tie up kellen to a long term deal. He has the fire the team needs.

Week 16. Philly vs Dallas. Both teams 9-5. Game for the division. Just a feeling.

I don’t think we’re going to have 9 wins by the time we get to Philly. We would have to go 4-1 the next 5 games to do that. We’re too inconsistent to do that especially against the teams we’re going to be facing. We’re very likely to lose to New England on the road which means we would have to beat Buffalo who’s 6-3 and Chicago on the road in Dec and the Rams. If we win 9 games it’s going to take 16 games to do it and one of those wins will have to be against Washington in the season finale.

All I know is, if we make the playoffs we are getting bombblasted.

We made the playoffs last year and got to the divisional round. How would Jerry think we are one step closer? I know Jerry is a buffoon at times but I don't get what makes us one step closer. Now if we get to the conference championship game and end that drought, then I could see it. I still want Garrett gone, though. I don't care if we win the Super Bowl. Get him and his act out of here and take Rod with him. In fact, clean house for most of this staff. No matter what happens this season.
