Every QB has a bad game though, especially a young QB adapting to different defensive looks while likely hearing foot steps from being beat up the week before.

It’s up to your coaching staff to protect your struggling, young QB. It’s up to your GM to have other aspects of the team prepared in case the offense can’t put up 30 points a game.

Since this thread and most threads on this forum are about the Eagles, let’s take a second and talk about Nick Foles and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Last week, the Eagles were on the verge of being blown out by one of the bottom 5 teams in the league. Nick Foles was showing why he is a backup but what happened?

The Eagles forced a turnover and blocked a punt, setting the Foles up with two short fields. Suddenly, the Eagles offense got some momentum and they BARELY squeaked by one of the worse teams in the league.

Then he has the nerve to tell michael irvin that if the cowboys get in the playoffs they will be dangerous? He needs to come back next season and show he is a starter in the NFL. He is still a question mark as a nfl starting qb
