If/When Turner is hired, what do you expect of this team?

If Norv is the coach.... I hope the Boys put up a similar performance as the 1999 Skins, but with better results. Honestly, though, I wouldn't be surprised if we finish 9-7 and one and done again. I just don't feel very confident in Norv's ability to handle the team, especially TO.
