If you are smart, you trade up a bit to get Levis

Apparently all 32 teams feel different than you. So who should we trust lol

I don't like the name. Sounds like an irrelevant player.

You see, great players have great names. It's all pre-determined. Like Lawrence Taylor and Roger Staubach. Or even for Madden covers like Michael Vick and Peyton Hillis.

Levis is just weird. I dunno, I'm not a scout and it's not a hobby.

It's Leh-viss, right? Weird.

I take my Levi's 40 by 38, red tag boot cut. You probably take yours, 38 by 26, yellow tag and bell bottoms! Lol....sorry, brother....just kidding!
No that was actually funny. :lmao:

40 by 38? sheesh. 33 by 30 for me.

Didnt you say you were 6-5 250?

If you trade up today, it should be because you feel it's for someone who can immediately start and help the team contend this year. They've already pushed their chips into the table with the way they handled this offseason. I get why some don't love Dak, but he's the QB for this team whether you like it or not.

It's funny that people still freak out about the contract thing. Dak is now tied with 2 other guys as the 9th highest paid QB. That is probably right about where he ranks among starting QBs around the league. More QBs will extend and he'll keep sliding down. Fans of every team do this every time a starter gets a contract. Obviously they're gonna be huge, the cap continually rises and it's the most important position in football. Dak simply got the going rate at the time, no more, no less.

I said it last night, I would rather draft Levis than pay Dak another 40-50 million dollar deal. It is just due diligence at this point to get him if you can. If Dak can't win the big game then there is no reason to pay him 40-50 million - it is just useless.
Hard to pass, but I think it's too late now.
The stars aligned against him late in the 1st as none of those teams were in the market.
He'll go very early in the 2nd.
Hooker is going to go in the 2nd too
Rams at the latest

Then again there are 2 QBs next year probably better than any in 2023 class.

Dak haters unironically pounding the table for a QB that slipped because his footwork is bad, he’s inaccurate at times, and makes questionable decisions is pretty hilarious to me. That’s the guy you want as a Dak replacement?

Why can’t you guys ask for Hooker? Or Jaren Hall? At least they throw very accurate balls, which is one of the biggest knocks against Dak.

Or do you just want something to be outraged about? That seems more likely to me.

Used to be....6'4" 280 now
Glad you have a sense of humor....I just like to mess around. Enjoy the draft, bro

I think we have bigger needs than what Levis fills however I won’t kick and scream if he’s the pick but I’d much rather fill the trenches and get playmakers

Accuracy isnt a knock on Dak. Its only mentioned by trolls that have no clue what they are talking about.

If you listened to Dak trolls he is backup material.

The draft media's opinions are not the same as NFL team's opinions about players.

The 1st round last night was proof of that.

Don't be shocked if Hooker gets drafted before Levis.

I’m not a Dak hater or fan. He throws the occasional inaccurate pass, sometimes very inaccurate.

That doesn’t mean I think Levis of all people should be drafted.

6-5 is the perfect height. Can play any sport and your not too tall.
My dad always told me that height didn't matter in bed!! He was right. My sleep number is 45! Thanks Dak for the discount! Lol

You now expect the same people that paid him 160M to be smart? It's really not about being smart, comes down to safe vs taking risks and they're not into taking risks at that position.

Levis had no protection or anyone to throw the ball too last year. He is way more talented and much younger than Hooker. Now he's got a chip on his shoulders from the first round snub. Somebody is going to steal a QB tonight.
He had 13 interceptions in 2021 with a 1,300 rusher and 1,300 yard receiver.

Levis or Hooker would be worth it in round 2, especially if one of them drops all the way down to 58 and we could take them without even trading up. If he doesn't pan out then not a big deal...it's not like we haven't had 2nd round busts before

He was one of the top 2 QB prospects in the draft prior to the season. His stock went down in 2022. He's more accurate and polished than the Florida QB. He dropped and there is no clear explanation for why.

The fact he was invited to the NFL Draft room says a lot. If you had made a bet in Vegas that he wouldn't be selected in the top 15, let alone top 31, you would have made a killing.
