Me. Because I do not sell cheese and I do not eat the cheese. Nor do I pretend to be a GM or a coach. I lack the money, but I am one competitive SOB who hates losing more than cauliflower. I am not overreactive, but I am reactive and I would hold people accountable, especially my GM, which would not be me.

Give me the Cowboys and I will find and hire a real football guy to be GM. My GM would hire the HC and with the HC hire the coaching staff. If I saw a game like the BUCs game, I assure you there would be coaching changes to make sure that does not happen again. But the fact is, if I owned the Cowboys there would never be a game like the Bucs game because I would never have hired this coaching staff in the first place.

We need an owner, not an owner pretending to be a HC. It's not important that an owner understand the x's and o's part of the game, all they need is a guy who is fine signing checks and staying out of the way. Let the actual football people run operations.

It’s ok for an owner to have knowledge of the game and his two cents.

But at the end of the day. Dispense those and then get the hell out of the way and defer to the people who have devoted their adult lives to this craft.

Owners can’t typically spend their days watching tape of football games. They are largely responsible for making/keeping the brand successful.

The coaches have the time to do all of that. Let them do so.
