If you could pick one rookie to have a HOF career, which one would you choose?

LOL..........whats the difference? Talk about grasping for straws. Consider my answer to include whatever ridiculous diversion you are trying to make between the two.

Lets just gloss over the fact that he specifically talked about being on the FIRST BALLOT for the HOF.

If you are going to repost the OP in order to belittle someone...make sure you add the part that clarifies the part the other user is talking about before belittling them...

This isn't asking who has the best shot, just who you'd like it to be.

Parsons.

Why?

Cowboys have (not including punters and kickers since so few make the HOF at all) players in the HOF in all positions except linebacker. Jordan and Howley, at the least, deserve to be in the HOF. Need to fill that spot...
That's valid. Having someone behind the line wrecking total havok would also change the game.

Not one bit confused.

One rookie...regardless of who has the best shot...would YOU choose to have a HOF career? I can't make it any more simple than that for you. Maybe if they had a crayon font or something I could get it closer to your level.

Your first sentence completely contradicts your 2nd one. Maybe you knew how confusing your first line was and felt the 2nd one was needed to clarify? :muttley:

Regular font is fine, just dont contradict yourself. I see creating threads isnt one of your strong suits.

Cowboyszone.com in mid-season form.
I take the blame. I just watched Bohanna's interview and was thinking how awesome it would be to have someone in that position rise to that level. It's been a long, long time. I thought the question was mild simply because there isn't a wrong answer. ANY rookie, in any position, who rises to that level is a game changer. I underestimated the potential for other answers.

Don't underestimate the power of sock puppets. They look so real! Effective at conveying a message.

It's not your fault. Regardless of how simple and clear and innocent something is, this place will always turn it into an argument. It's the way the entire world works now. We are a planet full of trolls.

Yes, I used the second sentence to clarify the first. Sadly, it still wasn't enough.

And it is posters like you that keep me from creating more threads. I've been here a long time, love the Cowboys and enjoy hearing other perspectives. But dealing with obvious trolls keeps me from creating more threads and commenting more on other's posts. I don't understand the drive behind it, but you are more adept at keeping people like me from participating than I am at overcoming you.

Look, and I will do it again. :lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

And again.:lmao::lmao::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

Look, I will even laugh at you.........this is me laughing at you: :lmao2::lmao2::lmao::lmao:

And here ya go.................:espn:

Both your title and your first sentence send a clear message. I must have missed your second sentence and skipped to your answer and just started laughing. Sometimes threads are so ridiculous they are too difficult to read through it all. You gotta keep your message short and concise or it will get picked apart on here. Happens to me too.

I can go with Joseph.

HOF cornerbacks do wonders for a defense - Renfro, Green, Deion, etc....

Joseph has the biggest question mark to me. I know Parsons is going to be good. If Joseph was a HOF career, then it would be one heck of a secondary we are forming.

LT, CB, QB

If you can draft a HOF at one of those positions, chances are your team will be good.

If I'm choosing the one rookie form this class I'd most like to see make a HOF career, it would have to be either Odigi or Bohanna. A true stud D-lineman can make such a huge difference to the team as a whole.
Parsons is the obvious choice as the player who may have, at least a shot, at doing it,. And he would be my next choice to do so after the DT's. A true stud LB can also make a huge difference to the team overall.

Who do I want to be a HoF player, or who is most likely?

I want Odighizuwa to be a HoF DT because the Cowboys need one so badly. Or how about Tyler Coyle as a HoF safety?

But I said from the beginning Joseph is going to be the best player in the Cowboys draft class and the best CB in the draft. So I will go with him as the best shot at the HoF. I know the obvious choice would be Parsons, but not playing for the Cowboys - unless the Cowboys stumble upon a DT who can actually protect the LBs.
