What pick would you replace and who would you pick.

Note: If you elect not to do a trade, who would pick at the original spot and who would you pick with the pick we gave up

Im replacing Mo in 2012 with Chandler Jones, and since CB was and is a huge need, Im taking Casey Heyward in the 2nd

ok I'll bite ..... 2012 Dontari Poe (which is who I wanted them to pick that year anyway ..... BUT ..... they didn't ask me) instead of Morris Claiborne .....

Interesting. Poe is probably the best NT in football. How do you think he would play in a 4-3

Heyward had a great rookie year -- I believe he ended up as the #2 rated CB in the entire NFL his rookie year by PFF, however, he has played very little since then due to a string of hamstring issues.

Agreed on Chandler Jones -- very little not to like in his game.

Poe would be good in any scheme, imo.

He also was not popular in the slightest on this board during the draft. Most thought he'd bust.

at that time WE were a 3-4 defense ..... plus ..... if you can play ..... you can play ..... him in a 4-3 couldn't be as bad as Claiborne in a 3-4 or 4-3 .....

I hate the Seahawks. Although, I am a semi fan since I've family in Washington. They got Bruce Irvin 1st, Bobby Wagner 2nd, Russell Wilson 3rd. 3 Starter caliber players. The only decent production we got out of that whole draft was Leary. :/ Can't win it every year I guess.

Gosh, I hate these "what if" threads, but to each his own...

Carry on!

What if, this is secretly a Commander site where mods have purposely made it look like a Cowboy site to plant seeds into fans and have them disgruntled.

his super quick and big

I would have stayed put at pick 14 and took Quinton Coples at the time. Then I would have either tried to trade down in the second. If there were no takers, would have taken Alshon Jeffries at pick 45. Was a big fan of his coming out of college.
