I love Allen and think he's an exciting player but am worried the Bills are going to run him into the ground like the Panthers did with Cam. Will he be as good as a sit back in the pocket passer? No idea.

I wouldn’t trade Parsons for anyone. He’s the main reason we have the best defense I’ve seen with the Cowboys in 30 years. He may be the best player in the entire league. The Cowboys have never had a player in their entire history that’s reached the level he’s reached and he hasn’t come close to reaching his peak. Our defense has been so good with him that we’ve won four straight games including two wins over last years Super Bowl teams with a backup QB who hasn’t had to do much. We beat the defending Super Bowl champions last Sunday with only 10 first downs because of Parsons and our defense. If you take Parsons off this defense we’re not nearly as good. We finally have a championship caliber defense that can get to the QB on a consistent basis and make critical stops and he’s the main reason.

If Dak could get get back to the level he was early last season we would have a dynamic team. He’s more than good enough to get us where we want to go if he can get his game back and has a defense like we have now. I don’t believe any QB could have won it all with the defenses we’ve had the past couple of decades. History has proven that if you have a great defense you don’t need a great QB to win a championship. There’s some great QBs that never won a championship mainly because they didn’t have a good enough defense. However, there’s been a number of average QBs win a Super Bowl because they had a great defense.
