First, I would CAREFULLY tithe the first 10 percent and take care of my family.
I would have two places to call home:
One would be a house boat docked in San Diego Bay. I took one of those tours of the area a few years ago and they showed us all these nice, big boats docked there (one belonged to Jerry Lewis). There's a huge hotel right there and they provide room service to people who live on the boats. Nice. This also reminds me of the scene in the movie "Blood Works" with Clint Eastwood, who, when asked why he lives on a boat, he responds, "I hate yard work."
I would also want to build a little Old West town on some property in the Hondo Valley in south-central New Mexico. Storefronts, boardwalks, blacksmith shop, the whole bit. I would hire some people to run it and also use it as a summer camp for urban kids or poor, "at-risk" kids who need spiritual guidance and a chance to be outside in a great environment.
As for transportation, I would buy the biggest, most-beautiful Cadillac sedan they make and do some traveling (I have no use for RVs), viewing historical sites, eating at diners and watching ball games.
