If you think Dak played well

Only you and your band of Daksteria hoodlums expect him to be perfect.......haven't you notice?. You're posting crazy stuff as early as the first series in games sometimes. He ain't allowed to miss one pass when it comes to your group.
Yep and he silent when the cowboys win. I’m convinced there’s a big chunk of this fanbase that never played football or are just plain dumb

DDS is real. Dak and the rest of the offense could score 45 pts (6 tds and a fg) and lose by 4 because the other team scored 7 tds and they would blame Dak.

I just laugh at them because they simply can’t find any joy in their team at all. Why watch?

He’s here for at least 2 more years and if he helps with cap space and extends who knows what the future holds

If they traded Dak away for picks tmrw I wouldn’t lose a bit of sleep but it’s been fun watching the ignorance of this fanbase since his contract signing. He’s been a top 10 qb even top 5. But it’s the qb lol

What does Jerry need to do? Put 70 percent of the cap on the offense so the guy doesn't disappear in big games. Right now it's 60, and it isn't enough. This is what I and others can't get over: the offense is so awful that Cooper Rush, a lifetime backup, can come in and win games, with the same team. How? And the biggest mystery is why the dak fans hate Cooper. Wow, just wow.

I get it.

You believe QBs should be perfect and able to overcome anything, no matter what, no excuses... but the real world doesn't work like that. Time to grow up Peter Pan.
Nobody here thinks the QB should be perfect. That's just a strawman. I'll say this about this team and this season...

This defense is the worst I've ever seen. I'm shocked we won 6 games.

However, when you look at the amount of cap spent not only on Dak as the highest paid player ever in the NFL, but also the amount spent to prop Dak up on the offensive side, which will get even more lopsided if they sign GP, you expect that he should be able to put up some pretty good numbers. Dak needs that though, we've all seen what he looks like without elite WR talent, and it's real bad.

But you also have to expect that the other side of the ball isn't likely to have the same grade of talent as the offense, and Dak is going to have to figure out ways to win shootouts. Far too often he starts slow putting them in bad spots, and this defense isn't going to bail him out very often, because they don't have the horses to do it. They have mules, because all the horses are on the other side of the ball.

NFL Insider Explains Dak Prescott's Contract and Cowboys' Salary ...
Dak Prescott's 2025 cap hit was initially nearly $90 million but was reduced to approximately $52.9 million after the Dallas Cowboys restructured his contract in March 2025, converting a large portion of his salary into a signing bonus, which freed up about $36.6 million in immediate cap space for the team.

Age: 32Free Agency: 2029 (Void)Accrued Seasons: 9
Height: 6'2"Weight: 226College: Mississippi StateEntry: 2016 Draft, Round 4, #135 overall (Cowboys)
2025 Salary Cap Charge: $50,518,430 (16.50% of cap)
2025 Cash Payout: $47,750,000 (15.18% of spending)
2025 Cash to Cap Ratio: 0.95
Contract Value: $240,000,000 ($60,000,000 APY)
Fully Guaranteed Money: $129,000,000

What am I missing? I see 16.5 % of the cap not 60 . What orifice did you pull that number from?

these dak stans really think he's the only one capable of winning with this offense.. unreal tbh

I hope you have enjoyed the 6-7-1 season he has given you so far.

Me and my band will continue expect better from the highest paid player ever.
"He has given"....not them........as expected. But I do admire the likes you garner. The club is strong. Well done.

Me too.....just shake the tree now & then to ruffle their feathers. I'll be under attack for the next two days. Too funny.

reading comprehension isn't your strong suit. that's the cap hit of the offense. facts>feelings.
but I was wrong earlier calling it 60 percent, So the offensive portion is close to half the cap, not 60% So the offensive portion is close to half the cap, not 60% when using the full roster accounting.
2025 Cowboys Cap Split (Rounded)

Offense: ~$138–139M → ~50%

Defense: ~$99M → ~35–36%

Special Teams: ~$4–5M → ~1.5–2%

Dead money / misc: remainder

Fact > feelings.

Dallas already allocates half the cap to the offense, and that number will only increase if/when they sign Pickens. That’s not an opinion — that’s how the cap works.

Might need to slide one more book under the podium to level things out.

Lol I don’t get the constant crying you know it isn’t going change that’s the fact you need to embrace. Or quit watching till he leaves which looks to be 2027 at the earliest most likely later.

I do however remember you saying you only follow to see Jerry’s pain and troll. I wonder which poster here is actually Jerry
Me either. Why are the dak lovers running around from thread to thread, calling people names that they don't agree with? Strange, isn't it? very strange and it's always the dak "lovers' why?

Nope. Not them.

I put it on the most important job.

I don't expect much out of the lowly paid peasants. I hold highly paid Dak to a different standard.

Ah my bad 60% of the offense ok. I’m too lazy to look it up well actually I don’t care but I wonder how many qbs that are on second contracts take up a high percentage of the offense similar to Dak. I would think there may be a few but again I don’t care cause I can still find an away to enjoy it even if the results end up like this year.

I’m also smart enough to know that the defense has been 80% of the problem
