Even if he is there, I would hate to see us take Cutler. I'm always extremely weary of those guys whose stock just absolutely sores after the season is over and he's definitely one of them. He was thought of as a first day/possible 2nd Round pick when he was leading Vanderbilt to yet another losing season, a couple of good (not great) workouts later and there are some saying he should be picked over Leinart or Young. Say what you want about Leinart or Young but they are both proven winners that have gotten the job done when their team most needed them to time and time again. You can't say that about Cutler. Until proven otherwise, he's not a winner.
You are describing Demarcus Ware.

Cutler can die, with his weird chin.

So it's Cutler's fault his team sucked?

yea, that explains all the 30+ vets and the NFL's posterchild for the ID syndrome we've signed these days.

parcells is on his last shot - period. he doesn't get it this year and he's gone. the 1 year extension was a favor to NOT be a lame duck coach.

no misconception - we're building for a shotgun approach at THIS year. we failed last year at it and this is the 2nd barrell of the shotgun.

hopefully when parcells has had his fun he can go back to new york and we can get back to building a "team" again.

:jerk:

can you explain why all the rookies started last year? why Glover and Larry Allen are gone? why last year, 30% of our roster had 3 years or less of experience? believe it or not, but you're ALWAYS going to need some veterans starting on your team

The first 17 picks happen the way Gosselin thinks they will.

I'll go on a rampage if the 18th pick goes the way he thinks it will.

I'd be disappointed too. Having him be tutored a year or two under Bledsoe and he should easily be able to take over for the team and be here for many years to come when Bledsoe retires.

Cutler has won 11 games in 4 years and has 35 ints and 25 fumbles in that same span. That's not first round potential. He also takes too many sacks that he doesn't have to cause his backside pocket-presence is lacking. We already have that player. Athleticism aside, he's too big a gamble.

I'll be disappointed tomorrow if the Cowboys pick a QB (they won't) or Free Safety (they might) in the first round.
