I'll give Spears 1-2 games MAX

This crap about Jackson's gotten almost as bad as the Randy Moss crap. For the last time (I hope), Jackson was never ever ever ever ever ever on the Cowboys' radar. If Dallas would have had to take a running back with their original pick, Kevin Jones was the choice of Parcells and company, not Jackson.

What's next, lamenting not taking Tom Brady?

to prove that He still belongs out there. There was alot of hope in this player and so far he hasnt showed anything. All he has really showed is that He's a one dimensional player that would be a good back-up.

I want to see Hatcher out there with the #1 Defense. hatcher Has power and great Speed, specially coming off the line. He deserves a shot.

We'll see here shortly what Spears has in stock.......

gosh, i sure hope spears knows what a short leashe he's on before you give up on him.

Beware, he's going to use his Silent Bob circa Mallrats inspired mental telepathy on him.....That'll teach him to play well in the first two games.

Ya so. That doesn't mean not taking him wasn't mistake. No one said he was on our radar. The real question is, should he have been?

So instead of being stupid and not taking Jackson they were extremely stupid and didn't even think about it?:banghead:

:lmao2:

I don't give a damn if they say they weren't interested(even though they told him they were and are probably lying about it after the fact to save face) as a draftnik i wanted him all season and then the draft comes, he falls in our laps, and we pass. No big deal in the end, that's the way it goes, but he was my boy all year( i was on the Cowboys-forum then) and i will always be disappointed we didn't take him.

Year three for Spears - time to put up or shut up.

Spears still has the golden parachute - as, even if he fails, some team will likely shell out good money, short-term, to try him out as a 4-3 DT.

And we started playing the 4-3 when?
