rather have a pass rushing end

Yeah i dont think Suh will be in Dallas. I dont think marinelli would like somebody like suh who doesnt listen. I didnt like the Lawrence pick then, and i still dont like it much. And thats got nothing to do with the injury. He;s just too light and not very strong. While rookies like Coleman, Mitchell, Pattman, hell even Gardner in his limited time of practicing have gotten more mention of what theye doing on the field then Lawrence. Only thing we heard about Lawrence is a interview he did where he could see him getting 10 sacks.

I havent been vocal about my displeasure of the pick but IMO it was a bad pick. He most likely starts the season on the PUP. They arent going to hold his spot on the roster when they can use it for another player the first 6 weeks of the yr. Then to get back into shape i could see him out until week 9. Dont expect much from him this yr. A broken foot is a big deal for a DE, hell for any Lineman. Anybody who thinks he's going to come back this yr and contribute what was expected is lying to themselves. Its a hole that needs to be filled. Mincey theyre saying was still going to start, but that passrusher is needed. If they dont see anybody out right now worth looking at, then I'd like to see Wilber get a look. Martez Wilson is not the answer. No matter how good he;s looking against the scrubs.

Or that he can spend three of the last four first rounders on offensive linemen, all of which look to be hallmarks and longtime starters in Dallas.

Troll a littttttle bit harder, chief.

Can you read ? i said premium money duh . Everyone knows Garrett is making the picks recently . If it were jerry making the picks we would be 1-15 last year .

I believe he can't go on PUP but he can go on the designated IR. Forget how many weeks but I think it is 6-8 weeks. I think they can only do one per year but something is nagging me about it being two players. Once they practice for that year then they cannot go on PUP IIRC.

That our next off season FA Target will be Suh...

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports the Lions are willing to let walk-year DT Ndamukong Suh reach the open market next offseason.

Per Rapoport, the Lions want an "informed" Suh to "sign a deal he’s happy with." It's a bizarre tact, one that would all but assure Suh leaves as a free agent. Players of his caliber almost never hit the open market. It's possible the Lions are simply tired of the Suh experience, but he's an irreplaceable presence up front.

Rather trade for Aaron Donald. Melton's back is a concern.

and you think the refs will be as easy with him here as they were with him in Detroit? And the league? what are you smoking?

Suh with a star on his helmet would be like a giant bullseye for the refs.

Paying him $20 million a year on top of that and this is a gigantic mistake.

Next years FA version of Jaren Allen. He comes to town, gets a low ball offer, visits somewhere else and signs there.

Look Son, take that preppie case load off the table and show some respect first, before you come across as an *** clown.

He can well manage reading and showing respects earned....you simply haven't earned beyond a burn barrel buddy routine.

Want to take it out on ME? Let's go...you won't look good, just starting with a homie and pissy attitude for starters.

FIRST, take a discussion to a third person (sentence structure), and then support a stance with first person references.

Secondly, DON'T use second person, YOU, until you have done the work to provide a stance hinged upon a series of reference points, not attitude.

Third, in a constructive discussion vein, add comments based upon topic, and not a cherry picked knee-jerk insult. It doesn't take me or another reader, long to see the posterior anatomical body part being exposed by a slightly clinging set of boxers, but in style on the street.

OR, one can choose to take his football and go home, stating: 'There!' (chuckling to self)

I don't expect one of those to be there in free agency. That end might need to come from the draft. Demarcus Lawrence is meant to be that guy.

I don't care where the player comes from although it almost certainly will be the draft. I guess we could get lucky and get a good vet for a decent cap value. We'll get to see Lawrence. He'll stay on the active roster thru the final cutdowns and preseason games then go on IR for 6 weeks.

Our chance to get one of those guys was two offseasons ago when for whatever reason pass rushers were going CHEAP. Michael Bennett was one of them. For a minute I thought maybe the position was just becoming one of those cheaper positions but then I see the contracts some of these guys like D. Ware got after last season and I think things are back to normal lol.

i think we'll be very active in FA but not Suh. More like Von Miller and Greg Hardy, plus a RT if we don't resign Free.

If you play a 4-3, you can't have scrubs on the DL. I'd be more than okay with Suh, but unless he really wants to be here I don't see it. We can get 2-3 really good players for the price of one Suh. Just keep him out of the NFC East.

I don't know the dynamics of the market place but if you don't get pressure then you die.
