The culture problem is blown out of proportion. Yes there are some issues. But it should not be called a culture problem.
Ot is a management problem. Of how the facility is run, to how the team is run too much by the FO people.

Well Bill Belichick record as a head coach with the Browns was 36-44 with only one playoff win. I'm not saying Shotty will turn out to be as great as Belichick turned out to be....

But you can't say that he will never be a good head coach.

But Schottenheimer is going to be different? Where the previous six Cowboys HCs have failed to achieve, he will crack the code?

Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcells, and Mike McCarthy all walked away because they knew they could not implement their philosophies due to Jerry's interference. Parcells and McCarthy walked awayt after their contracts expired.

McCarthy wanted to stay but couldn't get the Jones to budge on relinquishing authority in football related issues. It's a theory that the issue wasn't money, it was power.

Again, this is off based.
Thy did not walk away because of Jerry. Jimmy wants to leave to go back to Florida. He wanted to take over for Shula, but he signed a new deal. Came to Dallas with Jerry.
He wanted the Jaguars job, that did not happen. So when he knew Shula was in his last year. He orchestrated his departure with Jerry.

Parcells quit, because he wanted to quit. He himself said he and Jerry had a great working relationship.
MM left because of the length of contract terms.

Spin it how you want, because of your hate for Jerry and this team.

Yes Jerry has not built a team to get to the NFCCG, but to say coaches walked away is hilarious. There are many haters on here agree with you, because they simply have blind hate for the FO and the team.
