Yeah, but in all fairness if Weeden had a healthy Dez and Zeke instead of Joseph freaking Randle, I think we would have won games with him as well. It's not as if we were getting totally shut down on offense or blown out. I think we were not so much unprepared to be without Romo but unprepared to be without Romo and Dez (and then Dunbar). On top of that they underestimated how crazy and unreliable Randle was.

I honestly think we would have won the majority of our games without Romo last year if we had Dez and Zeke and everything else remained the same. Not a big majority, and certainly not all, but I think we could have won over half.

Dez literally turns poor throws into gold. One of his Tds from Dak was under thrown but he made an amazing adjustment that looked easy. No way Weeden doesn't look good with healthy Dez

We will know more after tomorrow. That is when we will know something.

And not before.

One comparison I'm surprised I haven't heard yet is Shaun Alexander. We all saw what he was able to do behind that dominant Seattle offensive line.

I just want to take some zzzquil or Rick and morty come teleport me to tomorrow.

I've tried to temper my expectations, remain level headed and not be unrealistic, but my optimism has broken free.

I really believe that the offense is going to make a statement against the Giants. I feel like the full power of the O will be on display from punishing running with zeke and alf, zeke leaking out for effective screens, Cole and written moving the chains, and Dak keeping the D honest with playaction and showing off his wheels as necessary.

Dak is going to have a fantastic debut and it will be due to his poise and decision making. He's setup for success and will take advantage. Too many weapons, too good of a line, and a confidence that seems unflappable. For all the talk of what defenses he hasn't seen, the league really hasn't gotten a read on him and you throw zeke in the mix as well, and ny is just the unfortunate patient zero.

Cowboys win comfortably.

Book it.
I agree. I think we win by 14 or more points. I don't think Dak will be as dominant as he was in the preseason. I feel Dak will play a smart, playmaking, controlled game that will surprise the Giants. EE and Morris will do their thing and I think that the Giants have offensive problems of their own. I also think the Giants will underestimate Dak and sit back and wait for him to make mistakes. Then he won't make any major, killer mistakes and the running game will start pounding them. But I really think the Giants don't know what they're walking into, they have no film on EE or Dak and they also may be drinking the Kool Aid of "it was just preseason" with Dak.

In the preseason I believe Dak scored on every drive but 3? Someone correct me if I'm wrong but the point is he scored most of his drives. He'll continue that and his stats will be 24-32, 2td's, 1 int. 45 yards rushing. EE and Morris will rush for 180 yards combined and we win 31-14
