1. Simple, grasshopper. Bill Parcells knows Romo's talent better than any of us. He sees Romo's talent and so do I, even though I have only seen him in pre-season games.
2. You and your friends (including the mediots) statement,"Romo has thrown ZERO NFL passes tells me you are not very knowledgeable when it comes to judging talent, I will leave it at that.
In reality, Romo has thrown a few NFL passes in pre-season. But you OVERLOOK the talent he possessess that some of you just don't see. TheTuna calls it Moxie...that's the best way to put it. I see the kid's Moxie, don't you?
(can someone posts Romo's preseason stats I would like to see them)
I want a great Qb just like anyone here. My knock on Bledsoe, he holds the ball too long, you know that. We would have won at least three or four MORE games if Romo had been playing. I am DEAD SERIOUS!
Romo is S-M-O-O-O-O-T-H.
The guy is in control. He makes a mistake and he comes right back and hits a few, doesn't chicken out, he produces. He marches the team downfield. The guy's a leader--a true field general. That's what I have seen.
Many of you choose to only see that he came from a small college, has a weak arm, looks uncomfortable.
I see championship caliber talent oozing from the kid.
Better yet, check this out:
Tony(the talented racehorse), Parcells (the trainer) just happens to be holding the reins on his thoroughbred and will run him in the big race at the right time. The horse hasn't been run in any official races yet, but in practice, the horse outruns all the other horses most of the time. The trainer KNOWs the horse will win many races for him.
The OWNER (Jerry) wants to give his current horse (Bledsoe) every opportuniy to win the big one, mostly because of respect for what the old horse has done in the past and he still plays a good game. And he won't retire the legendary horse until things get really bad.
But the fact is the other racehorse is just as good OR better, but is not his time yet.
Bill will not hesitate to yank Bledsoe this year...Book it!
