Every game the players should go into it thinking we "must" win this game. Doesn't mean it will happen all the time but that should be the mindset. Every team should think every game is a "must" win. When teams don't have that mindset they tend to lose.
 
Sorry but third game of the season is not a must win game, too many things can happen during rest of the season.

I agree but I will say this team can't keep going down the path of chasing 500 and expecting to make it. This game win or lose will not determin how the season will go but I do think this team has to get past these up and down situation

Though I do agree that Alex Smith is not really someone to fear.

Anyway, the KC team beat Philly, not the QB.

Having said that, you are entitled your opinion, as always.
 
I wouldn't call it a must win as much as an expected win. If they don't win, it will certainly make you wonder if you want to grimace through watching another game.
 
I don't care for cliches and some of y'all get too caught up in it. If some fans don't consider it a must win, it's not because they care less than anyone who wants to use the term.

A win puts us at 2-0 vs the NFC and any win in our conference will help us down the road.
 
Before the season, I thought this would be a must win if we lost in KC. It still is, unless you want to win the division with a 6-10 type record.

Must-win means you've got to have it.

Dallas doesn't have to win this game, but I think everyone understands the more you win now, the easier it will be later.

you see, that's what bugs me about the "must-win game" scenario...if you (the team) go into the Rams game expecting that the tough part of your schedule will result in losses, then you are already defeated...the cowboys have the talent to win every game...every one...will they? of course not...but they shouldn't feel like they are going to lose in the tougher part of their schedule so they had better win some early games....fans can think that way, but not the team
