My only interest in what a player gets paid is how it affects our super bowl contention. Otherwise, I could not care a wit what they make. If Jerry could find a way to pay him w/o affecting the salary cap, I'd be fine w/ him getting paid 400 million/season. The salary limitations in building a team is the only way in which Dak's salary is even remotely interesting.

I got pom poms for the Dallas Cowboys, so you're exactly right!! I've been here before Dak was drafted and still had my pom poms for the Dallas Cowboys and all of their players that wear that star.

That's what REAL fans do.

Now as far as Rodgers, I don't want to hear that "roster" excuse, because alot of Dak haters like you on this board told me that great quarterbacks elevate the players around them and raise the level of offensive success. They said this is what Dak has to do, so it definitely applies to all other quarterbacks.

Aaron Rodgers is a great quarterback. Dak is a very good quarterback. But if we have a standard set for the quarterback position, that standard goes for ALL quarterbacks.

I never cared what players made until the salary cap and free agency were implemented. Now it is a crucial number to keep track of as it directly impacts the roster from top to bottom. Handicapping a team with bad contracts is every bit as damaging to SB hopes as is missing on free agents and draft picks.

On the 3rd pass of the Eagles game, Dak threw a pick 6 to a DE.. I think his INT% just went up... But cant we figure out a way to blame Kellen for that throw? I bet we can.
