I'm no longer livid. Calm, even.

Things are so much better on the Romo ride, you're right. Because, as long as you've got a QB - a real, bona fide QB, you've got a chance in this league. It's been a long time since we;ve seen anyone look anywhere near this good. Even at his best during his stay in Dallas, Bledsoe couldn't touch Romo yesterday. And we get to hope for this for the next 5 years. I lost my expectations after NY - but I'm enjoying the Romo era very much so far.

well said SP. :starspin

True, but none of those guys flashed the potential Romo has.

Well not in the consistance basis for two consecutive games anyway. Thats why you have to wait few games or end of the season to evaluate him. Especially it would be good evaluation if Cowboys can get to playoffs and Romo can play well in the game, wether cowboys win or lose the game.

I truly believe that QBs worth is realized in Playoffs and big games, much like why I am not much a Peyton Manning Fan, as much I like watching him play in regular season, I think Brady is still the best.

but I will say this

whoever was supporting ROmo, that he needed to play the last 2 games in '04

you were wrong lol

I think most were asking for Henson at that time not Romo, but there was some minority contingent. Even Romo agrees, he was not nowhere near ready, especially physically, according to him.

Once again, a good point. I'm not ready to anoint Romo as the savior of this franchise.

But damn if I don't like what I have seen thus far.If he can perform this way when teams have more of a read on him, then WOW.

Losing sucks. But losing the way we did Sunday is even worse.

It hits alot harder when you know your team is better than the team that beat you.

I know Dallas is better than washington....no doubt.

I think Dallas is better than Philadelphia and the Giants, but turnovers cost us those games, and dallas could have won both.

I also think Dallas is better than Jacksonville. But, once again, turnovers hurt us there.

We have a very good team. I pity our opponants if Dallas can just prevent the penalties and turnovers.

This is a good team.

Well you did think I was wrong about Bledsoe, only I wasn't, so there :p:

Nope. I was wrong. horribly, horribly wrong. Alot of you thought he would get THAT bad - I never bought it. Not based on his performance in Dallas. But you were all very correct. You, Zaxor, Ice, Winky (ugh) etc....

Yeah I've been like that all this year. I'll get really really frustrated immediately after the game, but then I think about the potentional this team does have, and my cooler throughs prevail and I realize we still definitely have a shot at this. I feel even more so this way after seeing Romo play like he has.

I'm tired of potential...I want results that equates to wins. No excuse for all these penalties that are just stupid. This is an undisciplined team. BP is too conservative for this team, and Zimmer can't call or disguise a blitz that a kindergardner couldn't figure out.

The bright spots are many. The only thing interesting fpr now is to watch Romo develop. JJ is starting to come around, Barber is great. We got the WR's but the starters are getting older. OL is up and down, but we knew that. Our Deefense is over hyped. Stats may be decent numbers wise, but all it takes is a few big plays and those STUPID penalties.

I figured if we came out 5-4 after the 3 road games, that's about where we should be 6-3 or 5-4, however they are still too inconsistant. Need improvement now.
