I'm not convinced we will see Green Bay again!

Anyone else feel this way? All year they have been narrowly escaping with wins against average/below average teams. That team I saw last night is very capable of getting beat in the playoffs by Seattle, New York, or Tampa Bay. I'm not saying they are not a good team but they didn't represent a 10-1 record very well. I think its very possible that we see them exit the playoffs before they would have to come back to Dallas.

I can see Tamp winning, I can see Seattle pulling it off, but I'm not so sure about New York. Green bay is a good team though, all those teams would have to play their A game to beat greenbay.

Thinking about it... the NFC really does blow.

Throughout the season I thought it was beginning to balance out and the stats showed it (AFC vs NFC records).

But wow... besides us and GB there is a huge drop off.

TB plays solid and defense and when Garcia is healthy they are probably the next best team.

Seattle suffers from SA's effort.

The Giants are the most inconsistent team ever.

Wow, the Bucs? Pretty sad.

I wasn't particularly impressed with the Packers last night. Yeah, they are quite capable of getting beat by the teams you mention.

I am curious to see seattle this week. If they play well they could end up being the team we play either in the divisional or championship game.

They could knock the eagles out sunday I think.

I think detroit can and will knock minnesota out, even though I picked minnesota on the other site!

Seattle could become a pretty solid team here in the next month. They have the guys to play defense.

You could be right, however, they should win the one game in GB then come to Big D for their whippen

Green Bay would pretty much have to collapse not to get the other playoff bye, which means they would also play at home until the NFC Championship game. I don't see another team in the NFC good enough to win the first round of the playoffs and then go up to Green Bay and win in Lambeau in January.

If Garcia is healthy, a GB-TB matchup would be interesting. Tampa has played really good pass defense and the pack safeties showed thier vulnerable to the long ball. If Joey Galloway stays young and hits a long one that game could be iffy for GB.

I agree that New York or a healthy Tampa team could give them real trouble. I doubt Seattle puts up much of a fight. Also, Philly or New Orleans could get on a roll.

If you look at philly last year and this year, about this time they are almost identical.

Last year they lost at home and lost mcnabb, then went to indy and got destroyed. Then garcia steps in and the crowd boo's him at home the entire game and keyshawn is awful and they beat the panthers when no one thought they should...then they went on a roll.

This year mcnabb goes out they go to new england and play well and lose. Now they get a seattle team that should beat them, but I am not sure they will if philly pass protects as well as they did last week.

the good thing is we are a better team and the race for the east is over.

The two teams I worry about the most for us to play are philly, new york and washington. The familiarity always evens everything out and it would be a tough game in that divisional round no matter who we played.

Packers beat the Giants 35-13 at the Meadowlands. Scratch them off your list.

Giants might not even make the playoffs. Their 2nd half collapse has begun.

Tampa Bay would be coming to Lambeau Field in January. Huge advantage for the Packers.

I would be interested to see Jon Gruden come back to Lambeau in January.

Packers will work the short passing game against the Buccaneers. I really don't worry about TB's passing attack, even with Garcia.
