Im Not looking forward to the game ( Eagles )

I live in PA and work with a bunch of Eagle fans. They are already all over me.

I hate to say it but I see no way Dallas can win this game. I think Eagles will blow them out. 44-13.

As an Eagles fan, to be honest, I'm a little apprehensive about this game. McNabb is pretty hurt, and although his stats look good, he did not look too comfortable in the pocket. He hasn't faced much of a pass rush since the Atlanta game.

I do think we'll get those special teams issues sorted out, but it may take a few more games...they're mostly rookies, and they're making rookie mistakes.

we need to blitz the crap outta mcnabb, and hope we limit TO to no big touchdown plays. if owens has a game similar to Moss we can win the game. if we can get some good licks on McNabb this game we might be able to get him out of the game and give us a great shot to win. I dont know how long McNabb can keep playing so well with all these injuries but hopefully Dallas fixes that.

Parcells built this team to beat the Eagles. That's what I remember reading in a news artcle in the offseason. There was a quote where Parcells said something about the Eagles being the best in the division and that you had to beat them to be the best. And that was partly why he went to 3-4 scheme on defense and made the additions he made on offense.

Now, are we built to beat the Eagles? We shall see this Sunday. Won't we? As for myself, I'm not convinced we're ready right now. perhaps in the future as out team gels and rookies improve, but for now I think the Eagles are going ot win.

In the past, McNappie has really beaten us off the scramble. When he starts moving around is when we break down. I'm not certain we will see that much of this from him this time around. I'm really not too affraid of him or TO. Stopping the run? That is my concern.

I think everybody sees things differently but me, I don't really see us as a playoff team, even with a win against Philly. I guess I have always seen us as a 9-7/8-8 kinda team this year.

I on the other hand see us getting stronger as the season goes on. our d will gel a lot more, and our running game will be big inthe 2nd half.

Unlike the first two games, I actually feel very good about this game. Like 54 said, we may not win, but I think we'll play them very tough. I think being at home after three of four on the road will be a big boost, McNabb is hurting badly, and Ware and Julius are about due to break out any time now.

I have read a number of people literally laugh at the idea of us beating Philly. It makes me wonder, if you truly feel that way, why bother posting on the board? Why watch the games? This is a young team. We're going to have some up's and downs. So far I think it's safe to say the games so far have been entertaining. Philly is possibly the best team in the league. But we're playing them at home. I think we match up pretty well. A few breaks and we win the game IMO. People have every right to post their opinions, positive or negative but if you think the team has no shot it strikes me as a major waste of time to follow it closely. Just MO.
