I know it messes up our draft position, and I don't care. I'm proud of how this team has fought the last 3 weeks. They held Houston close until running out of steam. They fought hard and beat Washington, and now we have beaten the Giants. I love the fight. When all seemed lost, this team is back in the race. Even if we don't make it, the team has fought it's tail off, and I love that. Even if we don't keep McCarthy, a coach like Vrabel will appreciate the fight.

I love drafting high.....but I hate losing.......I'm glad we won!

I would have liked winning had the other team not been trying to lose. They are 100% ensuring they get a QB at top of draft. When the other team's plan is to hand you the victory, I don't get the giddiness over this. They literally cut their QB, who is 5x better than anything they have, as proof they want to draft one, and that they have every intention of throwing every game.

This team is not a playoff team, but they aren’t quitting and there’s something to be said about that.
Yes it is commendable in my eyes and seeing players I consider second rate (Rush, Dowdle, Schoonmaker, Tolbert, Turpin) have some success also gives me respect for McCarthy. The players clearly don’t think he’s the problem

It is nice to get a couple wins and see the team not quit. It's just not a season that's likely to go anywhere even if they miraculously snuck into the playoffs. However, maybe they carry some positive momentum into the offseason.

Couldn’t agree more. It seems that MM is respected because we keep hearing that he’s a good coach. I would agree. The guy seems to make chicken soup outta chicken poop and you gotta respect that. Everyone wants perfection or to criticize Mike for every decision, but honestly he’s doing a pretty solid job right now keeping this team competitive.

The way this team is still fighting under Mike McCarthy says a lot about the respect they have for him. I don't like a lot of his playcalls or his clock management, but his team definitely hasn't quit. If the choice is to keep McCarthy or fire him and hire belichick, I'm going with the first option.

I'm not opposed to Mike coming back if we can get someone else to call the plays.

Win meant nothing…only short-sighted fans see a benefit in this.

With every meaningless win we get closer to mid round draft position, additional year(s) with McCarthy, and Jerry deluding himself into thinking that injuries caused a championship caliber roster to falter.

Not that it matters. Dak will be our QB next season and Jerry will be our GM. Failure is inevitable.

Nothings gonna change until Jerry sells the team. Doesn’t matter what pick we have. So enjoy the win. 2 straight ones against the division.

Team hasn’t had anything to be proud of all year. I’ll enjoy the ride while it lasts.
