Id rather watch what i just watched from Rush over what I saw from Dak against the Falcons

I’d rather not watch either one of them!! They both are mediocre. Dak is harder to watch because of the crazy money he is being paid!

Jerry and Big Mac need to recognize this season is long gone. Cooper Rush is a decent backup for 2-3 games tops. DCs now have plenty of tape now on how to frustrate him and put him in positions where he has to depend on things he doesn’t have. Like arm strength and mobility.

They should play Lance and Will Grier too. Lance is awful but it might be fun awful. Grier is a wild card but who cares at this point. Bottom line for me is it’s past time to act like these games are meaningful for anything other than developing young players.

Lots of fans forgot that in the past Rush was twice placed on the practice squad and no one picked him up. In a league literally starved for decent QB play, Rush was passed on by 31 teams.

And yes, Rush is a decent backup.

I respect Rush for his efforts but he is limited. There's a reason he is a backup quarterback after being in the league for 8 years.

Again I appreciate him for his efforts but he should never be mentioned in the same sentence as Dak or any other NFL caliber starting quarterback. Point, blank, period.

And for those who want to mention that 5-1 win streak..... that was all defense.

It is painful to watch him turn away from open receivers because he can’t physically propel the ball beyond 15 yards in an NFL manner

Finally the thread that sums up the night!! Cooper Rush should not be in the NFL. He should be selling insurance or something. I’ve been telling y’all for a long time. There’s not any QB in the entire NFL who’s worse .

This sounds like the Club is disbanding. Cooper been dealt a bad hand by many on this board, with the lofty expectations, refusal to acknowledge his limitations, and due to hate for the other guy. Hurts is making 51m or 11m more than Dak this season (funny how extension last work). Meanwhile the Eagles have top 10 players at the other 10 positions on offense (top 5 in several cases). Then on defense they have one of the best secondaries in the NFL.

So the question simply becomes why are the Eagles, who are paying an inferior QB more, not struggling to put that much talent around him? Why can they do what the Cowboys can’t? Perhaps the “cap killing” narrative is just nonsense to mask that Jerry is bad at building a team.
