I'm starting the Randle El train; All Aboard?

If we sign him - it better not be for big money. He is no stud (not that anyone said he was though)

This would delay Crayton's development though.

All in all - I would probably pass.

Keep our $ for offensive lineman (like 8 of them) & a kicker (or 2). :)

No... he's not elite at all. That's not what I was saying.

But he is an excellent returner and can bring a real spark to our aging, predictable defense.

I'd rather have him than some rookie. And not for a BIG price.

Isn't Reggie Wayne a UFA?

I'll take him anyday...

So is Randle El is a FA.
He is easily one of my favorite non-Cowboys.
We need another WR.
And a good PR.
And this year's draft class is WEAK in WRs.
And BP loves him. To quote BP, he said Randle El is, "electrifying".
And he is a good guy. Alot like Hines Ward. Played QB in college... always smiling... good guy.
He's very versatile and very talented. And young.

Your thoughts?
Think he'll leave PIT?
Would they let him get away?

I'd love to have him in Dallas. Like I said, one of my favorite players.

I want him, want Kevin Curtis more, but he's an RFA, but back to Randle-El, the biggest reason why we need Randle-El, is because we need more WRs besides Terry Glenn who can seperate from CBs quickly, and which is exactly the skill-set of Randle-El

The problem is how effective would he be if he became the #1 go to guy? Right now he plays with Hines Ward and is very good in that system.

I assume we are looking for receivers that are #1 receivers and if that assumption is true, you would look at El as a #1, which is a role he has never played.

- Mike G.

I look for Randle-El because we need more receivers like him, who can seperate from CBs quickly

we shouldn't pay him #1 receiver money
