I'm not a Pats fan, but I think Newton is getting in sync with the Pats system and will give them a good chance to be a playoff team. Their loss to the Seahawks was in a super close game. Newton was starting to look comfortable and very effective, and that team has weapons for him and a defense. We've wondered if Belechick can be effective without Tom Brady. IMO the answer is yes.
