This would not crack my Top 5, but the Aikman to Ismael bomb in overtime on Opening Day 1999 in Washington will always be SWEET (and worth mentioning).

and Darrell Green and Champ Bailey still have not caught him yet.

This is my most memorable. I was living in Eagles country. At the half, I had to endure this long rant from this dude about how we were terrible. He stayed outside smoking for most of the 2nd half. I was so pleased to recount - slowly- the outcome.

Ware did play in that game just in limited snaps.

He played limited snaps until we saw just how bad Victor Butler was.

I always thought that game made a case for trying to find a legit backup who wasn't a liability against the run so that Ware could take 10-15 snaps off a game. We never got there and it ended up wearing him down

Very good and tough question. Even my own top 5 I would question to myself....LOL...
But also, fans of many ages on here, so many will remember the ones they seen themselves and from recent memory. Including myself. I am sure there are many one could watch, and say, dang, I forgot about that one.
But the ones that stand out to me...for now...in no order...

...Emmitt's run breaking Walter Payton's rushing record.
...Dorsett's 99 yard TD run.
...Too Tall Jones tipped passes, yes did it twice. Both times to Jim Jeffcoat in 1985, took it in for a game winning TD, against Phil Simms. Help secure a win that got them in the playoffs. Again in 1987 they did it the 2nd time against Simms.
...Hail Mary pass.
...Leon Lett's forced fumble in SB 28 on Thomas, and James Washington took the recovery in for a TD. That was the turning point in that game, as well as vindication for making a big play in a big game at the right time after Lett's previous historical 2 goof up plays.

5) Dorsett's 99-yard run

4) Thomas Henderson's 90-yard kickoff return, on a reverse, against Tampa Bay. I believe it was the very first game of his rookie season.

3) Dan Reeves' 50-yard HB-option pass to Lance Rentzel. Came on the first play of the 4th quarter in the "Ice Bowl"

2) Hail Mary

1) Bob Lilly sacking Bob Griese for a 29-yard loss in SB VI

The kick return by Henderson was against the Cardinals, opening game of 1975. Buccaneers didn't debut until 1976.

My top five would probably be plays that have already been mentioned -- the big plays everyone remembers. But if I had to pick one obscure play, it would be a run by Emmitt against the Rams during his rookie season. He had played only 10 games in the NFL before that, and he had only one 100-yard game. If you saw Emmitt back then, he still looked rather small. So although I thought he would be good, I still wondered just how good he could be. Then on one play against the Rams, he took off from his right foot to jump over a defender who was on the ground, landed on the same foot and immediately cut to his left before his left foot had even touched the ground again. I don't remember how long the run was -- it wasn't that long (his longest in that game was only 12 yards) -- but I had never seen a move like that before and haven't since. That was when I knew Emmitt would be special.

Excellent choices - the Lilly sack of Griese is a great one.

Yeah, wasn't that a sack for about a 25 yd loss? That was the play the convinced my 7 year old self that the Cowboys were going to win that game. One of the few plays I remember from that season so long ago.

29 yards - longest play for a loss in Super Bowl history.
