Impressed by Maliek Collins

More like the opposite IMO. DLaw was dominating last night, most of it was of his own making.

I know we fans like to narrow it down to the base argument that one guy is awesome and everyone else sucks, but I think the line is working well as a unit.

DLaw isn't doing this by himself.

This gif Mr. Mom posted is a great example of how a line is supposed to work. Each of those guys has a specific job and executes. Collins takes out three guys here, allowing Law to play one on one and freeing Paea up to prevent Palmer from stepping up. This is a beautiful play, even if all that's going to go on the sheet is a sack for Law.

Notice on the 3 man rush set. Marinelli always throws a lb up into or very near the Los to mix up the online matchups...gotta help the d.line initial push

No one is saying DLaw can do it himself. The entire DL played their best game as a unit against the Cards no doubt. But what is obvious is that DLaw is playing a tier above everyone else. I don't think that point is even debatable. When DLaw is out, even the announcers notice that the pass rush is not as ferocious.

If anything, it's Paea's contributions that are undervalued, for a 1Tech, he's quick as all get out.
