Just proves what P.T. Barnum said: there's a sucker born every minute. One-third of this board would fall into that category.

I've wavered from he can absolutely not coach any longer to what's the best way to get rid of him - run him over with my F-350 or accidentally shoot him in an unfortunate hunting accident with Dick Cheney.

It has nothing to do with faith.

Out of the six teams in the NFC playoffs, I like Dallas' odds to make the NFCC game almost as well as any team. Seattle has major problems and if the Eagles take care of the Giants, the Bears are a shell of the team that started the season so well.

I don't think Dallas could beat the Eagles and Saints back to back but luckily how the seedings fell they don't have to. They only have to beat one of them to make the Super Bowl and anything can happen in a given game.

How can anyone truly believe he can take us there given his record in December as coach of the Cowboys?

a 2-13 team with 3 rookie OL'men and aveon freakin cason ran right over us and in return, we couldn't generate a consistant pass rush all day long.

we couldn't get up for this or the last game, both arguably the games of the year getting up for shouldn't even be an issue. a team with a plan and even the heart of a cowardly lion will do at least as well.

it's faith and the desire to see us in that clouds a lot of reality, it seems.

...but you must agree Stanley, the mere fact that we are even CONCERNED with how the seeds fell, or are even looking at how they fell, speaks volumes.

If we are truly good enough to win it all, who and where we play wouldn't matter, at least not to the extent to which we are seeing on this board.

Fact is, we started this year out an average team, we became a very good team, and now we (at least defensively) are a very poor team. New Orleans and our own prior coach knew the deal and exposed us to the 'world.'

To win in the playoffs, you win with defense (ask the Colts).

I'll leave it at that.

A month ago I wasn't afraid of the Cowboys playing any NFC team anywhere. Now......:bang2:

Nobody said anything about winning it. I think Dallas has a chance to go to the SB in a really mediocre NFC. I don't think they'd have much of a chance there however.

Of course I think any team in the NFC, from the Lions to the 49ers would have a chance if they were in the tournament. The NFC is just that bad.
