Just proves what P.T. Barnum said: there's a sucker born every minute. One-third of this board would fall into that category.

I wouldn't go that far. He is still the best woner in the league. Besides, it will NEVER happen.kojak;1279677 said:Sell the team Jerry!!!!

i guess when you have nothing else, faith is all you can hold onto.

Out of the six teams in the NFC playoffs, I like Dallas' odds to make the NFCC game almost as well as any team. Seattle has major problems and if the Eagles take care of the Giants, the Bears are a shell of the team that started the season so well.
I don't think Dallas could beat the Eagles and Saints back to back but luckily how the seedings fell they don't have to. They only have to beat one of them to make the Super Bowl and anything can happen in a given game.

A month ago I wasn't afraid of the Cowboys playing any NFC team anywhere. Now......:bang2:Sarge;1279741 said:If we are truly good enough to win it all, who and where we play wouldn't matter, at least not to the extent to which we are seeing on this board.
Sarge;1279741 said:...but you must agree Stanley, the mere fact that we are even CONCERNED with how the seeds fell, or are even looking at how they fell, speaks volumes.

Fact is, we started this year out an average team, we became a very good team, and now we (at least defensively) are a very poor team. New Orleans and our own prior coach knew the deal and exposed us to the 'world.'
To win in the playoffs, you win with defense (ask the Colts).
I'll leave it at that.
