Not surprising... Both coaches involved in the debacles were candidates for the Cowboys HC position. Sadly, one of them got the job.

I thought that EXACT thing while I watched the extra coverage of the SD?Oak finish. Neither of the guys Jerry had on his short list are winning games they are supposed to...

Since Wade and Norv were hired, our teams have basically been opposing conference mirror-images of one another.

Great coordinators, terrible head coaches.

TO is much more meaningful than TOP.

I take TO any day over TOP.

TO means short field, score and momentum.

1) 12 penalties- thats a combination of coaching and stupid players.

2) 3 picks- Romo was a B+ but made some poor decisions mainly because he was running for his life or playing from behind.

3) 6 sacks- self explanatory

4) 1 missed FG- time to move on from Beuhler, every kicks and adventure

5) 1 kickoff return of 73 yards after a celebration penalty

Total negative plays 23 Total offensive plays 75

The team is shot themselves in the foot one out every three plays. Nobody could over come that. Another year several great player primes wasted.

All the PIs the Titans got, plus the long kick return are hidden yardage. Throw in the Verner pick to the 1 and it's pretty easy to explain.

I have never seen the Titans throw so many bombs.

Please tell me the Titans didn't hang 34 points on Dallas.

Wow.

I bet they never sniff that many points (in a game) during the rest of the year.

I thought they would try to test us deep because of all the attention on Chris Johnson.

This one hurts, because it should not have ever happened.

Bring on the Vikings.

We have them right where we want them.

Undisciplined coaching

Dallas and SD have both been in the top 8 in penalties and turnovers every year Wade and Turner have been there

Well, there is that.

We outgained the Commanders, bears and Titans by alot.

The to's killed us in every one of those games.

Stupid penalties were a mighty contributor.

I wish Dallas had San Diego's success in December however, that might change a few things for us as far as post-season position.

He is still making millions, which is ok by him.

If the team keeps performing like this, that could change. Many of us will always be fans, but there are also many that are fickle and are only fans when things are going well. They spend lots of dollars as well.

Before today, only three times in NFL history had a team gained 500+ yards of total offense, outgained their opponent by 150+ yards in the process, won the TOP battle, scored at least 27 points and still lost the game

Today, it happened twice. Dallas and San Diego.

That is stunning (and pathetic)

There are only two types of teams that lose games that way. The stupid teams and the undisciplined teams.

Unfortunately, we are both.

The players aren't dumb - the coaches have to instill discipline in practice and by the looks of things that isn't happening.

But everything you mentioned has been Dallas Cowboys Football since about 2000 or 2001.
