Biggest surprise was the cut of Bailey.

I thought Thompson was going to make the cut.

I figured that if Rico was going to make the cut, then the arresr would not change that.

DT Ross is a surprise; although his playing time and depth chart position in the last 2 games foreshadowed it. He is a super high effort guy but I didn't see much talent.

I thought Reid and Jihad Ward looked more talented at DT than Ross; although Ward is not really ready.

I thought they would keep 5 at DE with Tapper as that player. I guess they see Crawford as the 5th DE option.

RBs are easy to find at any time. Keeping either of the guys we had in camp wasn’t going to help us. Some positions may be a little out of balance, but other than QB, I love that we kept the best players.

I agree that Bailey and Thompson were the biggest surprises.

Out of Ross, Reid and Ward, I don't think it really mattered because none of them are special. I don't know if I would have kept any of them ... on a couple of big runs by Houston, Ross got turned to create the hole. Hopefully, he won't be active on game days although I thought he looked better than Price.

I guess Ross and Price will battle it out to see who gets to stay when Irving comes back.

There's a lot of stuff I don't get here. 3 QBs and only 3 RBs? 7 LBs and 8 DBs? This looks weird.
I think they'll end up with another DB. A player like DT Jones or WR Brown might go to IR.

I predicted the RB cuts. The FB is more of a runner and receiver than most FBs. The FB plus Tavon Austin can combine to be the 3rd RB.

I suspect that Jackson or Scarborough will be back after IR designations are made.
Somebody likely returns; although it is dependent on what players are claimed or acquired in a trade.
