Seems kinda like bullcrap to me.

You don't need any kind of license to carry a gun in a car in TX. I've literally had an extended clip and an AK in my backseat while going to my land. I keep a 45 in the cab and I've never had an issue with police with it. I don't have a CC or anything.

Unless he was in a school zone? If it was just because he had marijuana, give me a break.

Now ima laugh at all the guys in this thread who are fit to get up on a cross and die for all of our sins.
Your guns don't have to be registered in Texas?

Hmm, he's a turd?

How many people on this board have guns? How many enjoy the wacky tabbacky?

You are probably calling most of the people on the board turds.
Gun possession and illegal gun possession are two different things. Please do try not to conflate the two. And you are still pushing politics here. Stop!

He's not an impact player or anything, and he's on the IR, but with all the concerns with team discipline, this just shows that our leadership and culture need to be improved. Too many problems.
Yup...that's why I think Garrett has quit. No body listens to him...hence why put in the effort? Sadly it shows on the field. Players are basically policing themselves...and that never works. We are sloppy..undisciplined.

The real question is why would a 300 pound DT need a gun for protection. I bet he squats over 400 and benches over 300 pounds.

And yet we still have the right to bear arms according to the constitution. Weird this is even an issue.

Texas is one of those handful of southern states that banned open carry after the Civil War. Now it's kind of goofy where you can open carry, but only if you have a concealed weapon permit.

He must not have a permit .
