Sometimes you think you stay hydrated and the heat or other reason still zaps it.
Yeah, but MOST of the time you just didn't hydrate. I see it too often, so it makes it too easy for me to envision morons not doing the basics.

As I said, sometimes you think you are hydrated enough. You drink a lot, feel like not drinking anymore.
 
Bunch of quitters....I don't know why they even watch....oh wait, they watch praying we get embarrassed so they can try to beat each other to the "I told you so" post....or, to say we got lucky. Either way, it makes them feel good.

As I said, more often than not people don't stay hydrated as their supposed to. It doesn't matter if they feel like it or not. There's a volume you need.

Well that sucks

Maybe the backups will actually play hard and we can win the game ....... the starters seem to like only playing hard against the Browns and Giants of the league.
 
Getting dehydrated is both on the player and the training staff
both need to be aware of this and work on it

for a veteran player there really is no excuse though
