X-rays were negative on SS Gerald Sensabaugh's ribs. He expects to play in next Sunday night's NFC East showdown against the Giants.

Sensabaugh didn't return to the game after a third-quarter collision with Tampa Bay WR Michael Clayton. Sensabaugh was in so much pain that he had to kneel down at least twice during his walk from the Cowboys' sideline to the locker room.

"It's nothing serious," Sensabaugh said. "At the time, it was a real sharp pain, and I had trouble breathing and walking. I should be fine for next week's big game."

I thought he had a pretty good game today other than the ticky tack penalty called on him on the int. That was the first blocked FG i've seen from us in a while. I was wondering the status of his injury. What happened? Hopefully it is just a stinger of some sort and he can be back next week.

EDIT: Ok, did not see this thread before i posted.

If Watkins can ever figure out how to line up the secondary, he would be a better FS than Ken Hamlin. The kid can be a knucklehead but he is physical and will make plays when given an opportunity. Plus he is much cheaper than Ken Hamlin, and more versatile (stud STer & can play both safety spots).

Hopefully, someone will make a point of isolating Hamlin getting trucked by Cadillac in film session tomorrow. Maybe an entire room of teammates laughing at him will help him find his hitting game.

That's what I don't get -- this guy was considered a big hitter in Seattle? I guess hitting in the NFC East is a little different than in the West. LOL
