Seems like every one of my professional photographer friends has been made well aware of this and will not use Instagram anymore.

Good think I hate everything about social media. I have a Facebook I never use and a Twitter I only use to follow sports (and check maybe once a month). I just really despise what social media has become.

The terms state they can place ads next to your photos and content you upload to Instagram. It's another thing misinterpreted and blown up for a slow news day.
