Just seems like bad luck on our part. As tony was throwing the ball, because of the rush, ogletree stopped his route and romo thought he was going to keep going across the field.

I think either Romo is either
1. hurt
2. Hearing footsteps, or being too careful tentative
3. skills or eroding

He never had a Favre fastball, but the velocity is shockingly missing

I thought Costa didn't slide to the left (from the camera view) to pick up the middle guy who squeezed through the left side A-gap behind Livings' man who got overextended on his block.

The interior of the pocket was compromised when Costa didn't slide over and left too much of a gap between Livings and himself to allow the defender to get by Livings.

Look at how Costa and Bernadeau are blocking one guy.

The protection got beat at the snap.

That's more on Costa not taking care of his left A-gap.

Ogletree stopped his route. He had cut in front of the defender and Romo was leading him across away from the defender.

It would appear to me that the mistake is Ogletree's because he had the defense beat heading toward the sideline, while the defender stood a chance at playing through him after he stopped his route, which the defender did anyway.

However, he might have seen the other defensive back (who had no shot on the cross) and thought he was supposed to pull up.

I think it's just another example of our receivers not being very smart.

It takes several rewinds for me to put it all together.

I couldnt see the DBs/WRs in this one, maybe the phone. I agree they play looked doomed, but it didnt need to be an INT. That didnt cost us the game, but that is a smh error for a vet QB

FWIW..that play on offense had Witten running an in route along with Otree running the same in route at a deeper depth (15 yds). Witten's route carries the LB with him so that Romo can hit Olgetree in stride after his cut.

Because the protection breaks down Romo has to roll right and as Ogletree makes his cut and looks back for the ball he sees Romo rolling away so he stops to try and come back to him. Romo should have thrown the ball away but he didn't.

I can live with that from him because it's what he does and how he makes plays by extending them.
