According to ESPN recap on today's game
"
Dez Bryant caught 6-of-9 targets for 81 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday, his seventh career game with multiple touchdown receptions. The Cowboys are 1-6 in those seven games."

so Romo should not look at Dez after he catches one Td? Lol

It means they are pretty much shutting out the rest of the offense except for Dez, which is pretty much what happened today. There wasn't a single threat on the field other than Dez.

Having the best player on your team be a WR is rarely a good thing -- the difference between elite WRs and good WRSs in terms of wins and losses in negligible.

I think you are seeing that a bit with the Cowboys.

There just isn't a lot for the Cowboy's offense to hang their hat on other than Dez.

No, that's not what it means. This is the first time that Dez has caught two TDs and we haven't scored at least 29 points. The problem is that our opponents have scored 41, 34, 31, 38, 33, 34 and 30 points in those seven games.

This "interesting fact" probably is partly anomaly and partly evidence of desperation -- when our opponent is scoring like crazy, we need to pass a lot to try to keep up, so Dez gets targeted more and has more of a chance to score multiple touchdowns.

Well, that's what it meant today.
