It's just damn near criminal to stay this long with a guy who doesn't win. A turn around can happen very quickly in the NFL.
It is not just Garrett that is a failure, it is the two coordinators, especially Marinelli. At the end of it all, we have a stale, soft and antiquated D to go along with an offense that pretty much requires perfect conditions to flow correctly.

Garrett and Marvin Lewis are the other two coaches. Kind of speaks for itself.
